I am currently resting in this sanatorium. The territory is beautiful and well maintained. The staff is polite and friendly. The room is clean, but the carpet already emits a smell, you have to constantly ventilate. It's time to make repairs in the bathroom. Hygiene supplies (toothpaste and shampoo) were available only on the day of arrival, they were not brought anymore. The food is varied, but many dishes are frankly tasteless and portions of salads consist of exactly 2 spoons, you have to take vegetables in the center of the hall, the choice of which is also meager. If someone takes your tea bag by mistake, then they won't give you any more- there is no tea.

The price-quality ratio is excellent! Meals, gym, exercise therapy, baths - excellent, staff - good, rooms - satisfactory, i.e. for a C grade. Personally, I highlight the gym, evening volleyball, basketball, football, this is a great advantage of this sanatorium, at least for me.

From the lack of prosperity, only the bad Internet in Radon itself. It doesn't catch everywhere, we could add a couple of routers, not such a big investment for such an institution. A huge well-groomed territory, clean everywhere, including in the halls and rooms. The procedures themselves are performed flawlessly by the staff, BUT getting them is a cross. Depending on which doctor you go to. I came for my procedures included in the price of the voucher 2 times, but I appointed paid ones if there were those who were NOT selected for the voucher immediately. I can understand why they assign paid ones, but what is his interest in not assigning the required ones?... And the dining room, of course, is not 4. The food hall, period. The cost is a bit expensive for such a stay.

I had a rest in May 2022, the sanatorium is wonderful, the room stock is excellent, there was a room with a western side, beautiful sunset views in the evening. The treatment is excellent, and if there are financial opportunities, there is generally fire, however, there are not always places, since the arrivals are very large. I recommend that you do not check in from the beginning of the week. I stopped by on Sunday, the doctor was at the reception, all appointments were made and on the day of arrival you can undergo procedures. Excellent daily cultural and entertainment program:every other day there are movies and concerts. Tournaments are held among vacationers in tennis, checkers, and daily volleyball is invited to the gym. You can ride bicycles in the evenings. Discos are weak, but it all depends on arrival-if you want to get a boost of energy, make yourself in the mood. Good discos in the cafe "panikva", live music daily until 2 am. That's what was missing, it's sunbeds, there are excellent outdoor sunbathing areas near the building. I really enjoyed the rest, I will come again if the funds allow.... Thanks to all the staff for their attentive attitude.

Dear vacationers planning to relax here, get ready right away as they are fed here!
So bad that it's a shame to call it food!
Side dishes are served not just cold, but cold, there is no butter in the side dishes, and even side dishes are not afraid of vegetable oil either. Everything is so economical in the dining room that even napkins on the table for 4 diners are put in a napkin holder only 4 pieces. Soups and borscht are strictly on the water, cutlets resemble the " Wonderful school years " one bread! I do not advise you to buy vouchers to this sanatorium, do not waste money. Lately, everything has become too economical.
I guess something has changed in the kitchen. The procedures were also cut back , unexpectedly, but even here they began to save money, the price became much more expensive.

Staying at the Radon Sanatorium for August 23 is the worst sanatorium my parents have been to.
I don't understand why such reviews are needed.
Be careful when checking in, see what procedures are included in the ticket, I immediately offer paid ones at the reception (we have 3 free ones, they were mistaken and forgot to include them)
The food is mainly dietary, of course the buffet is more convenient.
The staff is basically good, but there are also nuances. They constantly refer to the fact that there are no employees. So these are your problems, you can settle people less for this period, as long as the right number of employees appear.

The rooms were renovated in about 2010, the cleanliness is normal.

But on the fifth day of rest, my husband fell ill. Let's go to the doctor. She told me to take a covid test. He passed and was told that he had covid. By the decision of the medical commission, we were sent home. We arrived by car and left two hours later. They put SARS in the documents. We are shocked. Where is covid. They hurriedly packed their things and did not look at the diagnosis. Now imagine, after spending 5 days in the sanatorium, we could not bring covid with us in any way. Everyone in the sanatorium is coughing. I expressed my indignation. But... We've been waiting for this vacation for six months. And it's a pity that this happened. They promised to return the money for the disrupted vacation. Upon arrival home, they passed a covid test. Negative!

I was in this place for the new year 2022. It's a very cool place. I didn't think it would be so cool. The treatment is at the highest level. The food is excellent, I'm vegan and I've always had vegetables. Swimming pool and sauna. The area is beautiful, I've always walked under the pines. I advise and recommend everyone. I was resting in Building No. 4, this is a new building. The peace and quiet of this place gave me a boost for the whole of 2022. Well, they would have made a visit at least every other day (as in many sanatoriums), but writing one piece of information on the site, and then actually offering to pay 13 rubles for 1 hour of the pool is not serious.
A swimming pool is not something supernatural, it is something that a priori should be included in wellness packages. During two days of staying in the sanatorium, 2 families were already met by dissatisfied and knowledgeable at the reception desk. We had a rest with a friend from August 25 to September 5.The best impressions about treatment, nutrition, service, and leisure.The territory of the sanatorium was struck: everything is arranged with such love and taste, flowers and conifers are planted, so naturally wild nature echoes man-made.
We're just thrilled.
Sanatorium treatment, its organization and execution of prescribed procedures are also impeccable: without queues and negative moments.
Nutrition- it should be better, but no one has come up with it yet! Dishes for all tastes and requirements.
Two small wishes: to find an opportunity to organize the operation of all 4 elevators of the main building without interruptions, and in a sanatorium of this level I would like to use a full-fledged, large swimming pool - the available one is too small.
