We have been traveling from Russia for the 4th year. We have visited other Belarusian sanatoriums before, but in the end we chose this one. The optimal price-quality ratio! Excellent medical facilities, excellent specialists, very good rooms. Cleanliness and order. Everything is new. The staff is friendly and helpful. They will always help you and meet you halfway. Special thanks to the girls from the kitchen and dining room. You won't stay hungry.

We were with our parents in October 2021. They liked it and we liked it. At first there was a lot of food, we passed and ate an overflowing meal, which clearly does not look like a cure, then the portions decreased and the salt too. There are usually dances, but because of the pandemic they were banned. Everything is bad for them with payment: bank branches work for a short time, and the official reception desk cannot cope. When two girls are still nothing, and when one is terrible. I repeated it once for 40 minutes and then they turned it around. It is unclear what the difficulty is in adding the ability to pay online for Russians. There are a lot of them coming, and even more because of the pandemic.
Nature is gorgeous, the attitude is also good. But due to the fact that when we were there, there were more people than the administration expected, it was possible to get to all the procedures: they were paid or included in the price. But the doctor prescribed in advance only where there were places.
I generally recommend it, but you have to be patient with the payment).

I liked everything very much! We did not even expect such a wonderful service in the sanatorium. We liked the procedures, because we went for the first time and only at random at the end of the rest we learned about some services) for example, about a subscription to the aquazone with a spa, next time we will definitely take it! The staff at the treatments is very friendly. The food is delicious and, to be honest, even a little too much, but who knows how)) The territory is equipped, there are enough places for walking, we were at the end of August and found all the warm days and even managed to walk to the beach, sunbathe.
The rooms look good, the beds are comfortable, but according to reviews, some had uncomfortable mattresses. In this case, you should not hesitate to contact the reception, they will immediately solve the problem. Towels were changed about once every 3-4 days, and bed linen a week later.
The only disadvantage we faced at the end of the holiday was the girl at the reception behind the radon baths. It was my fault that I was late for the paid underwater shower massage procedure, because this procedure is quite popular on this day there was no time for me to go through it. The girl at the reception replied that she could not help in any way, there was no place to move. The next day, I turned to them again. I came early in the morning and was faced with an extremely unpleasant attitude towards myself. When I asked again, I was told that it was too late to decide something, it was necessary yesterday. Although I came up yesterday. The girl answered slowly/reluctantly, with an extremely arrogant expression on her face. In total, it turned out that the money could not be returned and the procedure could also be postponed. When I offered to cancel the session that would be and refund me for it, and transfer the procedure to the vacant place that I was late for (because the inability to transfer the procedure was argued to me that there were no places) I was refused. As it turned out, because the staff at the procedure,,worked out,, time, although I was not at this procedure (there are no complaints about the girls from the procedures!!! They are all just wonderful and very pleasant.) I understand that I made a mistake by confusing the session time, but this is a paid service that I paid for, but in the end it was not provided.
As a result, the girl said that she could not solve anything, I asked her to call someone who would help solve my problem. AND ONLY THEN did she offer me an option for the amount of the procedure not completed, choose new ones and pay extra! As much as this sanatorium left a wonderful impression, this employee spoiled it so much with his disregard for the problem. I admit that it's my own fault, but why can't I immediately offer solutions to the problem and behave more friendly.
The girl at the reception was named Maria Alexandrovna (black hair color).
Therefore, in order not to worry, I advise you not to be late for the procedure and be careful)

The procedures are great. The treatment is super. The service and attitude of some doctors is terrible!!! To get to the procedure, you must first get to the doctor. There is a live queue for the doctor. The time spent in the queue is several hours. And it's not a fact that you'll make it to the end of the doctor's working time (or lunch). If you don't have time, then repeat the next day. And until you get a doctor's appointment, treatment will not begin. Payment for services is about the same quest with queues.

I have been undergoing treatment since 07/18/21.basically, I liked everything: treatment, nutrition, leisure. Some remarks: it was very stuffy in the room, there is no air conditioning, room 1 is small, there were water interruptions because of this, procedures were canceled: underwater traction, swimming pool. The pool is small, there are many patients, the Jacuzzi did not work. The elevators were working intermittently, so we had to wait a long time. The procedures were not evenly distributed, there were few appointments at the beginning of the arrival, and a large workload by the end. There are a lot of mosquitoes and midges on the territory in the evening. It should be noted the good work of the bathroom department, mud baths, massage therapists, and the dining room.

I went to the reception, they offered to listen again, they will try to solve the problem only after 16.00. That's the kind of rest and attitude towards vacationers. Radon was generally pleased, but, unlike in previous years, it is significantly overpopulated. The construction of new residential premises (hotels, etc.) with the former medical base leads to "overpopulation", to crowding and an over-dense treatment schedule, which is annoying and unnerving. The staff is trying very hard, but they are clearly overloaded.
In addition, it does not contribute to a quiet stay in treatment next to the screaming young children, who are now accepted by the sanatorium. Everything was mixed up. It turns out that rest is not for everyone.

There are a great many procedures: radon baths, mud, electrophoresis, laser, cryotherapy, underwater traction, exarch simulator, CO2 injections, exercise therapy and a swimming pool. Only the pool is small - 12 meters. Three breaths, and it was over. I came for the purpose of treatment - I gathered everything that is possible additionally. You don't have time to eat between treatments. The food, by the way, is good, there is enough choice in the menu - you choose in advance for a couple of days. The beds are comfortable. The rooms are small, yes, but in general there is enough. A cool area for walking. In the evening there are evening programs, and you can go dancing to the bar. Music for an amateur, like everywhere else. The sanatorium contingent is expected.
