I recently treated my teeth again at the Raffa-Dent dental clinic, more precisely, on November 14, 2024. In general, I have been treating my teeth here since 2010. We have long been familiar with the director of this clinic, Irina Vladimirovna Lapteikina, and I really like the strategy of their company: to preserve the teeth of their patients as much as possible. I had to see a lot in my life, when unscrupulous specialists try to make the most money on one tooth and do what they should not have done. I wanted to come to them earlier, but they had a scheduled check from the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus. I decided to wait for the end of the check. Their clinic has successfully passed a multidisciplinary check and has now resumed receiving patients at a new level of equipment. This time, my teeth were treated by a Doctor with a capital letter - Maria Vladimirovna. I liked that she shows a high level of intelligence, radiant benevolence, sensitivity and attentiveness to all kinds of situations. She immediately reacted to the reactions of my body during the treatment process and helped me get through these difficult situations. The entire volume of treatment was carried out at the highest professional level, especially the upper 7th tooth, which is very difficult to access. I had to seal three channels, eliminate the foci of infection, and restore the fallen part of the tooth. In truth, we can say that she has completely restored the tooth and it is now as good as new. I also want to thank the assistants who helped in the treatment process, the administrators who organize the service at the highest level: they select the best time for the patient, remind them in advance and are interested in the visit. I also noted that they have modern equipment in the clinic: for example, nozzles for sealing channels made only in Switzerland - these are such thin bores, but very durable. As a mining engineer, I asked about the tool, we had to drill holes underground at a depth of 730 m and the quality of the tool was very important for us. I understand that for the treatment of hard-to-reach teeth, a high level of knowledge, a filigree dentist's technique and a very high-quality and reliable tool are needed. In such a situation, one wrong action and a tooth is removed. During several visits, Maria Vladimirovna cured three of my teeth and I am very glad that I waited for their clinic to open after checking and did not go to some other center to try my luck. I am grateful that at one time I got acquainted with the excellent dental clinic "Raffa-Dent". The level of service provision is high and the prices are quite affordable. I recommend other people to use the services of such great doctors and specialists of Raffa-Dent.

I was treated here for a couple of years, but the shop closed for an unknown reason.. there are no communications, the phones are disconnected, and the treatment history could not be obtained... either they were cut off or they were planted, they were in July and August, and then they disappeared into the water... I do not recommend it.

Today we went to the clinic with a 3-year-old child. I didn't even expect that they would be able to treat his tooth, caries. We were already going to treat the tooth under sedation ((Dr. Maria Vladimirovna is a very nice girl and a competent doctor! She found an approach to my very restless son, he didn't even cry! I removed wisdom teeth from Dr. Khursan Nazarovich, I was convinced that it was better to remove everything at once! And it was the best decision and the best doctor! Each tooth took 5 minutes (although it was a difficult case, all the teeth were in the gum). Just a master of his craft. I came across this dentistry by accident - a part of the tooth broke off. It was the nearest dental clinic. In fact, it was necessary to make a small seal, which was done. During the examination, questions arose about some more teeth. We agreed that I would come with a 3D image and discuss it in more detail... After a couple of days, I began to notice that after that, food began to get stuck between healed and healthy teeth. They promised me that the best doctor would look at it. In order not to waste time, we decided to brush our teeth at the same time and bring a picture. When I came, I immediately heard from the main one that the tooth was very heavy. The treatment was on the verge of being possible and that one should be glad that the tooth remained. This can happen when treating roots. At the same time, at the time of treatment, she was not present, to the question of what the roots are here and why a simple seal is so complicated, the answer was everything in the card is written like this. Fortunately, the doctor who examined me is really very professional. He gave answers to all the questions, explained them according to the necessary ones for treatment. He agreed that the distance between the teeth was left and this was a mistake of the previous doctor. I thought it was such a day and decided to continue my treatment here. But for the treatment of a neighboring tooth, a microscope was needed, which is not available in this clinic. In addition, we agreed on the removal of 8 teeth. The removal of the 8th was the reason for this recall and the change of dentistry. According to the point: 1. When removing, there were problems with the equipment, with fixing the water supply tape 2. The doctor was often distracted by his mobile phone (it's not critical to me, but it's strange) 3. I'm not sure that it was necessary to crush the tooth, and not just pull it out (here the opinions of the clinic's dentists and others differ.) 4. They did not warn in advance about the price. Only after the operation has already been performed 5. In the calculation, some items were duplicated, and some were painted in a way that could mean anything.

I made an appointment with a doctor because the seal flew out. After looking at it, the doctor leaned back in her chair and said I won't even take it on, it's just prosthetics. I say, I don't want a crown, I want to keep the tooth as it is and under my responsibility. The doctor completely refused to treat the tooth. I went to another clinic, I was given a placenta within 20 minutes, under my responsibility. I have become an unpleasant client for them, it is not the client that is important to them, but how to get more money from him. I applied before this time - I filled a tooth, it was offered prosthetics, there was an assessment of my dental condition - it turned out that all my lower teeth were wobbling, strangely, there have never been such problems and there are still no such problems, after my refusal, the doctor's teeth were shown to me, then they still put a seal on me, but the feeling was objectionable the client is very much left. The doctor worked like a soulless robot.

The doctors are qualified, you can observe a large number of certificates and diplomas from around the world, as well as it becomes clear immediately at the consultation, when they studied my 3D image. The clinic itself is compact and constantly has a large number of patients, so it is worth coordinating and making an appointment for a consultation in advance. In my opinion, it is better to wait and do well, rather than rush and do not know how. I was satisfied.

Advised by a colleague at work. She successfully underwent prosthetics here and recommended it to me. The consultation at Raffa-Dent was free and several doctors looked at my 3D image. At first, the doctor looked at me, then invited an implantologist and an orthopedist. A simultaneous implantation was prescribed, but before that they told me to drink several drugs to strengthen the bone. 3 Adin implants (Israel) were installed for 550 rubles each + installation of a gingival cuff shaper - 80 rubles, after 4 months a zirconium crown was installed - 500 rubles. A total of 1,130 rubles on a turnkey basis. At first, the amounts scared me, but when I called other clinics, I was glad. It turned out to be still very cheap. The operation was performed under anesthesia and there was no pain at all. I took painkillers for the next few days after the operation and now I feel great. I was satisfied with the work.

Before the procedure, when I made an appointment by phone, the doctor told me that it was necessary to get rid of caries and make sure the integrity of the enamel. At the reception, I was treated for a small tooth decay. I paid 45 rubles for the treatment of caries. The enamel turned out to be good and I had a bleaching procedure. The effect was amazing! I paid 200 rubles for bleaching.
