They applied for the restoration of the birth certificate, the child is a Russian, is without documents in Russia. According to the law, they must be issued within three days, but no, they do not have birth forms!!! Wait at least three weeks!!! What kind of lawlessness???And what will happen to the child, there are no documents, who will be responsible for this???
