The cafe on the territory of the pool is a separate topic🙈 we tried to order a salad, it did not turn out, a friend from Moscow wanted an aperol, also apologized no, (despite the fact that we chose from their menu) the next attempt to order a mojito was also unsuccessful, sparkling was also not found - in general, as a result, pizza and beer 🤣 for a very long time at at the same time, the waiter found out about the availability of a particular dish or drink. The situation was explained by the fact that they have a process of changing the menu 🤔

The best swimming pool in the city with a wonderful recreation area on the 2nd tier: cleanliness, beauty, a good cafe, a volleyball court. In the warm season, the dome of the pool is removed and you swim in nature in a beautiful pool: 8 paths of 50 meters each, a separate children's pool, and in the recreation area on the 2nd tier there is another pool for the youngest, there is also a fungus with rain, sun beds with mushrooms from the sun - this is in the entire recreation area. Steam room, showers, changing rooms -everything is clean and tidy
The disadvantage, in my opinion, is one, some coaches conduct classes very loudly

Dance coach Sarbalinova Raushan is a professional in her field. In addition to Zumba, Salsa and Bachata, Raushan also teaches ballroom dancing. It's a pity that they only come once a week. high-quality public areas: changing rooms, showers, bathrooms, etc
. without mustiness and rustiness ... good, positive staff, in general, you get a buzz from visiting.
of the cons and suggestions:
- first of all, the stinky bath attendants jumping steamed into the water immediately after the sauna, many without taking a shower, use aromatic additives / oils in the steam room, all this is very unpleasant to feel in the water, the first 3-4 tracks are just an exclusion zone. in general, normally this should be strictly prohibited. it is usually almost impossible to get into the sauna itself in the evening, because of the congestion of steamers and aromatic perfume.
- a lot of visitors don't wear hats in the water and no one controls it;
- to make a system of more flexible adequate or individual subscriptions, for those who only need a swimming pool, without a gym. recreational recreational outdoor swimming is shown to a larger number of people, many need it during rehabilitation, I suspect not everyone can afford such prices…
- provide a sane, convenient, guarded bike parking, ideally some kind of pen, look at modern examples, I want to swim for fun without worrying about the safety of the bike. This is a sore spot for most swimming pools and sports complexes. and in general, we need to encourage people on bicycles in every possible way, there is a bicycle infrastructure in the city, poor ecology and a lot of wheelbarrows…
- make it possible to swim in the open air all year round, even in winter, without a dome. the incomparable theme of swimming in the cold or under snowfall :) I don't know if this function was originally laid down historically, but on the sides there seemed to be unused tunnels for entering the water through a warm diving lock, just usually for the cold period.

There are no comfort and attributes of modernity. The price for a subscription is not high, therefore, do not have illusions about quality service.

There is everything you need, but it has not been updated for 15 years. The pool is excellent, the cleaning is good, the towels are always clean. If it wasn't for the pool in the summer, I wouldn't come here.

The guys have an iron logic: a towel is not allowed for group programs in the pool - it is available for club card holders. Group programs per year are 360k tenge. Why are there no towels for these programs? "We don't know. NOT ALLOWED!". Shame and pettiness.

I go swimming, the water is clean, heated. There are individual lockers in the locker rooms, a hairdryer and clean towels, the only thing in the locker room could be a little warmer. I miss the background music. The pool is 50 meters with a depth of 2 m, there is a smaller one of 25 meters, the depth is the same, and the generation is :) but this is in the summer. From April to October, the dome is removed from the pool, you swim outdoors
