Ramada is my favorite hotel

I haven't been to the hotel itself. I was in the Periwinkle (the bar under the hotel), the service leaves much to be desired, I ordered a Greek salad with focaccia, in the end they brought the usual cucumbers and tomatoes, ordered a Caesar salad, brought an iceberg seasoned with mayonnaise, the staff looks into the guests' mouths brazenly and it does not bother them. There was a dress code, but more than half of them wore tracksuits. The waiters themselves do not know what they are serving to the guests. And the prices are like in a gourmet restaurant😅 I really hope that they will improve.

We have a difficult trip to Kazakhstan and we have a big group check-in at the Ramada in Turkestan. Our expectations were met 100%. The hotel is excellent, there is absolutely nothing to complain about - clean, cozy, quiet rooms, excellent and varied breakfast. Separately, I would like to mention the responsive and friendly staff and in particular an employee named Maftuna - a very great professional and just a good and friendly person! I definitely recommend this hotel!

The rooms are good. But the breakfast is terrible. If you come down later than the start of breakfast time, there's almost nothing left. The portions are not updated. The service is at zero!!! The administrator generally arrives at 10:00 a.m., none of the staff reacts to outrage. It was only in raised tones that I had to "knock out" a full breakfast for myself! I am very disappointed! I no longer check into this hotel, although I come to Turkestan once a month on a business trip. I do not recommend it!!! It's a big waste of money, nerves and time!

I always try to write honest reviews so that people know where and what they are going to, since I mostly look through and rely on them when choosing a particular place or institution.
Maybe someone will be helped.
We booked a room at the Ramda Hotel 3 weeks before the check-in date through booking.
The day before, the hotel manager wrote and said that there was a malfunction and overbooking, they would not check us in, and offered another hotel with a -1 rating as an alternative, the reviews are often terrible.
In order not to delay, we actually came from another city, discussed the situation in an extremely unpleasant manner and somehow found a place for us.
In general, the nerves will not return, of course.
Turkestan is a pleasant city, but the service is not ready from the word at all!
Three stars just because I liked the hotel as a whole!
The location is convenient!
On the downside, the curtains do not blackout, at night it shines like a lamp, as well as from a crack under the door.
Partying near the shopping center does not allow you to sleep.
There is no coffee at breakfast in the morning (( as well as in the room.
Of the advantages, convenient location, beautiful area.
Underfloor heating in the bathroom and in the room.
Towels and all accessories are available.
The bed is soft.
Tip, if you book a room at this hotel, call and specify that you will be checked in when you arrive.
In front of many people, they just took it and turned it around that day!
I wish the hotel to improve the service, after all, you do not rent an apartment for daily rent. And I want to be sure, choosing you, that upon arrival I will not be left on the street!

The most terrible hotel. Room service is a nightmare. The food, or rather the breakfasts, are disgusting, cold, and the choice is meager. The room was provided completely different from the one that was booked. But they couldn't change the full settlement. We paid for three adults and got a room with two beds and a mattress on the floor. Horror. I don't advise anyone to go there. And I'm not going there anymore.

Pros: the hotel is beautiful, modern,clean.Parking is free, the breakfasts are delicious, for every taste, with a large selection of products, in a cozy restaurant. A beautiful swimming pool, baths and a gym
Minuses:
The relatively low price for accommodation attracts a lot of redneck customers who come in whole camps, with a bunch of children who run and scream in the corridors half the night.
At breakfast, these "Yazhemat" rake up everything that is on the buffet and take food with them probably to the whole village, the rest either wait, getting annoyed, or take out their anger on the waiters and receptionists.
Raise the price, I think it will fix the situation.

My stay here was extremely unpleasant, so that you understand the price of the room did not match, so that you understand we stayed here as a family and there were only supplies for one person, I believe that if you check into a hotel of this class, conditions should be created there without reminding you of such trifles. Further, the water temperature in the pool is very cold, and the reason for that is the drunk hotel guests who asked to turn off the pool heating, and all visitors with children and older could not enjoy this pool. The scariest thing is that when fully populated, there was no food for breakfast, so that you understand people fought over scrambled eggs. The rooms are very cold, there is no heating in the rooms. Except that it's new, there are no more advantages. In other cities, the Ramada is much better. The breakfast is terrible, there is no noise insulation, the service is at zero! In general, before you move in there, think about it. Maybe it's better to go to Rixos. Although it is not a fact that in Turkestan it will be of the same level as in other cities. But I can't say for sure.
But I will definitely not stop at the Ramada in Turkestan anymore!
