The kettle in the room is not working properly, there is no tea/coffee itself, as well as cups for this. And the price is not cheap! After 20.00 there is no administrator, closing documents, payment receipts for business trips could not be received.

The hotel is located on the banks of the river, quite large, but there are few guests for obvious reasons. When they found out for the available rooms, they said that there are no suites, there is a junior suite for 7k per day (this is without power). The hotel is clean, although there are few staff, everyone is very polite and prompt. The room is quite spacious, with a view of the embankment, 2 rooms. In the first room there is a sofa, a TV, a table with a refrigerator, a kettle, a cup and, there is a small supply of tea and coffee. A spacious bathroom, all the necessary amenities (toothbrush, toothpaste, shaving accessories, shower gels and shampoos, soap, even cotton pads with sticks and a nail file). The bedroom has a large comfortable bed, a wardrobe with a hanger and a safe. There is an armchair and a table, TV, telephone. Disposable slippers, bathrobes, and towels are provided for the guests. Water was given at 5 o'clock on the day of entry, but bottled water is in the bathroom, and drinking water is in bottles.
The hotel has a spa, you can book a massage by phone, etc. You can also order food in the room, the menu is brought. There is a restaurant on the second floor, there are several combo sets for breakfast, you can order something separately. The omelet set is delicious and satisfying, my husband also ordered a sandwich, not bad, but the tomato broke the bread🤦♀️
There are plenty of parking spaces at the hotel, but some individuals manage to park as they want ...
In general, the hotel is not bad, with polite and attentive staff. For those who want to stay for a couple of days, this is a very good hotel.

A good hotel. I'll even say the best in Donetsk! There was water. Reasonable prices . The staff is very helpful. Special thanks to the administrators , at night they needed peroxide and a bandage to treat the wound , they found everything . The restaurant serves excellent food.

A great hotel at this difficult time for such a beautiful city of Donetsk. The rooms are cozy, clean and modern. The room has a bathroom, toilet and a large sink. Large bed, sofa, TV, table. Towels are changed every day and a bottle of water is put on. If necessary, a dental kit is provided on request. Breakfasts should be buffet style, but for obvious reasons, the hotel is sparsely populated and breakfast includes salads, first, second, dessert, juice, tea and coffee. Everything is very tasty. I wish the hotel to be fully operational as soon as possible. Peaceful sky to all residents of Donetsk!

The hotel is good, but the prices are very high, in my opinion. Given the fact that there is ALMOST always no water (there is no way to wash and take a shower) and an elementary, at least a SMALL refrigerator, it was possible to reduce the cost. I understand that water is difficult in the city, but then why raise prices so much?? And so everything is clean and cozy. Thanks
