A huge plus is the ban on the settlement of children under 12 years old. The presence of a well-equipped gym, swimming pool, spa area. The rooms are large. The room has a safe, iron, ironing board, water, tea and coffee. Mini-bar.
Minuses: there were no bathrobes, after a request at the reception they brought, but one (!!), although they settled in together. There are only 4 towels for two plus for the legs, even in many 3-star hotels there are three per person (for washing, and two baths). They were not cleaned every day, even if there was a corresponding sign on the door. When the air conditioner ran out, I had to ask at the reception again, they don't check when cleaning.... And the heavy workload of the elevators (there are three of them), you have to wait a very long time.
Overall impression: a lot of money has been spent on equipment, and the staff is working poorly.

The hotel is tired, but we have already chosen it twice. The price-quality ratio is the reason for this. Conveniently located, near our favorite area of Nisantasi with good shops and restaurants. A corner of Europe in Istanbul. The breakfasts are quite good, the service is also good. After three nights in the Ramada, we moved to 5-ku twice as expensive. There, of course, the breakfast is richer, but in principle there is little difference in assortment and quality. There is a swimming pool, After long walks a good relaxation.
On my first visit, I was shocked by the entrance to the hotel, actually through McDonald's😂
But then they didn't pay attention
It's very convenient. Everything is nearby

An excellent city hotel, the metro is across the street, the green line leads directly to the historical center with a tram transfer. The breakfast is a buffet, there is an omelette maker, the waiters try, they clean every day, although sometimes the bathrobes are taken away, everything is there, but because this is Turkey, then you need to repeat everything twice. Starbucks and Mac are downstairs, but this is not a plus, although there are no crowds like ours in these establishments. The room is clean, the minibar is for the lazy, because all the shops are across the street. There are also a lot of cafes around if you want local food. Thank you, the pool is very decent. It is unclear why Yandex has such a rating, I chose it based on tripadvisor and booking. The hotelier's photos are quite consistent. We ordered a transfer from the airport, offered a Mercedes, it turned out to be 90 euros, we drove back in an ordinary yellow taxi, it turned out to be 350 lira, about 1600 rubles.

I didn't like the hotel, even for $150 per night.
1) Upon check-in, the reception did not offer options with or without breakfast. Because of this, there was an embarrassment - we got up for breakfast early, but they didn't let us into the dining room. They said that it turns out to be an Extra service for us. Although when booking, the price tag was like on a booking with breakfast and we were not offered anything
2) I tried to explain this at the reception - I received a very harsh refusal, allegedly I myself should have realized that I was buying a room without breakfast. At the reception they gave a check in which nothing is reflected except the amount of payment transferred to lira - as I should have understood by now xs
3) Allergy from local shampoo and soap (ROOTS) even for a person without allergies, it was very bad, everything itched after a shower
4) Broken baseboards, corners and bathroom doors
5) This is definitely not a 5 star hotel, rude staff
The only plus is the location, because the metro is right at the entrance and the best currency exchanger is around the corner in terms of a favorable exchange rate.

The hotel is located in the very center of the city and next to the metro, but that's where its advantages end. Without explanation, the booking was canceled at 15.00, 15 minutes before our arrival from the airport. The website clearly indicated the check-in time from 14.00 to 16.30 and the possibility of payment at the reception upon check-in. No alternative options were offered, the impression was spoiled from the first minutes. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone!

It's expensive and there are a lot of guests. The breakfasts are great, no questions asked. Everything in the room is perfect. It's worth the money. To Taksim and Istiklal 15 min walk

A great hotel if you come to Istanbul on business. The equipment of the room corresponds to 5 rooms. All cosmetics are in the bathroom, including shaving foam, razor, toothbrushes, paste. The window opens only one frame and then up, sometimes the room smells of tobacco, especially if you turn on the air conditioner. I slept with the noise of the street window open because of this. But with my love for this city, it didn't bother me. There are restaurants around mostly with European food, or doner ones. There is an exchange and grocery stores nearby. Nice hotel, with good service. But at night, the room service found it difficult to make Turkish tea and brought the usual one, with some kind of smelly one. When I said that I asked for Turkish, they said OK, and they didn't include it in the bill.
