I've been buying flowers for over two years now. The choice is not bad enough, if necessary, you can apply and the director's girlfriend will accept rare flowers that are usually not always available in stores.
The service is fast and they will always tell you what is best to take. Of course, you need to think about delivery on holidays in advance, because you will have to wait from 1.5 to 2.5 hours))) But if it's a normal day, it's always delivered at the right time.
It's a good store, I recommend it.

A full hat, the first time they brought quite good flowers, the second time they brought absolutely dead ones (I didn't check it) as the specialist said, I have the right to inspect them upon receipt, I can unfold each flower and if I don't like it, return it to the courier) well, nonsense)))) they do not make concessions and do not admit their guilt that the flowers are rotten. Flexibly , we always solved different situations regarding the transfer of an order by time , if necessary .You girls are the best;)

Terrible service and substandard flowers! I ordered flowers delivered to my girlfriend's house for her birthday! I placed an order of 15 bush roses, paid online immediately, but as it turned out, then my flowers were sold to other people! They offered an alternative from other 15 bush roses, I agreed! The photo of the bouquet was sent to me only after delivery, and it was a fear: the package was full bottom, and the most unpleasant thing was that there were 14 flowers!!!! As a bonus, the flowers wilted on the 2nd day!!! I do not recommend it to anyone!!! Horror and fear! I am attaching a photo

The service is terrible. I went in on 01.01.2023 at 17.20. A lady with headphones was sitting at the checkout with an absent look, she didn't even take the earplugs out of her ears and didn't look in my direction, although I was standing right in front of her and loudly greeted her. This is the first time I've come across such stuff.
