Super rest. The pool is warm, divided by a side with a staircase into two - an adult and a child. The staff is always friendly. There are changing rooms and a toilet - female and male, the music is varied. Beds (can be reserved), tables. The food and drinks are very varied and very tasty. If some of the ordered items are not available, then the waiters come up with apologies and talk about it. They say that it is available and you can place an order in exchange for something else. It's a pity that you can only put 5 stars. I give all 20 stars plus

The place is cool: nature in Aksukent, the Aksu river and its sounds, tall trees and shadows from them, the design of the institution is special, the atmosphere is cozy, tapchans right on the river are super in hot summer, the dance floor and live music help to relax, the dancer is good too. It's all wonderful. But... The food is not very tasty and expensive compared even with the city of Shymkent, the waiters serve for a long time, maybe this is due to the fact that there are a lot of people and a very large institution. It takes about 45-50 minutes to drive from the city. I advise everyone to visit at least once.

A wonderful place to relax, hold events with relatives and friends, have a delicious and satisfying meal.
- The territory is well maintained and very green, there is a canal flowing, there are trout in the pond, birds are singing. It is very comfortable in the heat, there is shade everywhere. There are enough secluded, beautiful and shady places. Beautiful lighting in the evening. A great place for a photo shoot.

- Delicious cuisine: barbecue, fried fish, salads, vegetables, pastries and many more things. It is possible to order alcohol. Excellent service.

I can't say about the food, but the oriental-style decor is a river, mini bridges, booths and all that. According to the stories of people who used to be, he was once number 1. We went with friends for the weekend to relax and swim in the pool. I liked the atmosphere and the interior. But, the staff is terrible. We ordered a naryn dish, waited an hour and a half.In the end, they expressed their opinion and left back to the city. This is how the rest turned out. Although we planned to stay for a day.

The pool stinks of chlorine, as you enter the territory, you can immediately feel this disgusting smell, it is not clear how long the water has not been changed. We booked a tapchan in advance, we were extremely dissatisfied with the service of the waiter Ruslan (he serves very slowly, you need to ask for the same thing several times, he does not want to return the change). What is 15% for then? When booking, they promised a birthday cake as a compliment from the institution, the cake was never brought, they told the waiter, there was no reaction, they turned to the administrator, which was refused, they had to prove by messages, the cake was brought 2 hours later. The cake is disgusting, the cakes seem to be 10 years old (wooden). Don't be fooled by their compliments, if you knew you would have brought them with you. Ruined the holiday 😡😡
