I needed a certificate of family composition. Two passport officers changed their passports . The visitors filled out the forms themselves. At the same time, they rewrote them three times. And because of one certificate, which is issued in three minutes, we had to wait an hour and a half. (Despite the fact that you do not need to fill out any forms to receive this certificate)While people were filling out the forms and rewriting them three times, two passports could be given ten such certificates, rather than gathering a crowd (there were 5 people behind me, some just turned around and left.)!"We have registration" What kind of registration if people filled out the forms themselves, and the passport officers created the appearance of work. No organized work. So you should put another passport officer to work for such quick operations. Or to issue certificates during registration, rather than create the appearance of work. That's right, people wrote in the comments - the service is at the lowest level. And we live in the 21st century.

I will describe my experience in communicating with a specialist whom I encountered on the issue of recalculation for the removed water meters in my apartment on December 20, 2024. When talking to me on the phone, the specialist concealed that the reporting period for taking water meter readings was on the 31st of each month, but said that payment for water consumption in November was made before December 25, and deliberately misled me, explaining that the water meters were removed on December 20. I recalculated 56 rubles and 22 kopecks for the main payment, and I paid 82 rubles and 75 kopecks for December 2024. It was hard for me, because I'm a group 2 disabled person and I'm entitled to benefits, but recalculating the water was a disaster. This is a huge disadvantage in customer service. Leonid Ivanovich Shkolnikov, 54, a resident of Mogilev, is a disabled person of the 2nd group.
