We visited the center twice: to prolong the lease agreement and to terminate it. Everything is well organized: an electronic queue, the necessary forms are available, comfortable waiting and service areas. It is also important to treat clients politely, who have to explain more than once what to write and where (in my case). You can also set up a workplace with a computer where all forms can be filled out electronically and then printed out. Thanks! The staff is working well!

I like the room, there are queues mostly during the day. But for some reason, the specialists here are very relaxed, I'm surprised every time. Once, during an appointment, a specialist was dealing with her affairs on the phone with hysteria, communicating as if nothing had happened with another specialist. It's unpleasant, there's no discipline or basic decency. And today, on March 26, at the reception at 21:17 they wanted to turn it around, a female specialist with blonde hair said that there was a huge queue there!!. I went to look, and lo and behold, there are a couple of people and free specialists walking around casually, absolutely freely. That is, it's just a hoax! Why are you misleading me?! Moreover, 5-6 coupons in a row just passed by without people, that is, they called them and there was no one there. I have vague doubts, did the specialists take them themselves?? We finished my question slowly at 21.44. I didn't detain anyone, the specialist was already at a low start home with me. I understand that people get tired, but not to the same degree of arrogance?!

I had to change my passport. I parked and went from the parking lot to the 1st floor. It's on the same level as the street. The information center is on the 2nd floor. I went up to the second floor and searched it all. Furniture stores instead of RCTs. It turns out that in this madhouse, the first floor is the second. That is, you enter from the street with practically no steps and for some reason you immediately get not to the first floor as everywhere else, but immediately to the second. The service is disgusting. In order to register in my own home, I had to visit the Russian Orthodox Church three times. Every time you sit in line for at least 1.5-2 hours and find out about new pieces of paper that are missing. But the ugliest thing is that when I was there for the second time, they checked the list of documents, checked the payment and sent it to the military enlistment office, the registrar put the date of the appeal on the application, and it's Saturday and the military enlistment office is closed. I got to the military enlistment office on Monday (they put a mark on the application there), after which I went to the Russian Military Training Center. Having arrived at the Russian Orthodox Church and served the prescribed 2 hours, as always, they did not want to accept my application, citing an error in the date entered by the passport officer. And I have to write a new application, bring all family members back, including a 2-year-old child, so that they all enjoy a 2-hour stay at the Russian Military Training Center, and then go to the military enlistment office again, and only after that I can apply for registration at my place of residence. Naturally, there was no limit to my indignation, and after the scandal, the statement was accepted. This is not an RCC - this is bullying. In addition to the illiteracy in the work of the passport clerk, I can also note the feminine manner of communication on the part of the staff. The duties of the person at the entrance issuing the coupons are not completely clear. Why can't this person check the required package of documents? There are no information stands with the necessary list of documents in the RSC, because they can be memorized in 2 hours of staying there. You will learn the algorithm of actions from a specific passport officer, but they, as it turned out, are also not able to give correct information on the first attempt and probably deliberately make the same "mistakes " systematically, which was clear from the conversation of the passport officers among themselves. If I had a choice, I would never apply there again!

Nice clean room, a queue for coupons. But the staff is working slowly. People sit in line for hours and cannot fill out a form (I think they could tell people at the entrance which forms to fill out, especially since they are printed out in the hall), so the form is filled out by the passport officer herself. Which takes her 15-30 minutes each! There are organizational problems in the face.

The work of the specialists is abominably organized, or they themselves do not want to work, so they had to serve 2.5 hours to replace the passport and not get in. Although 6 people worked, but 2-3 people were accepted per hour at most, and then two conscientious workers, the rest went about their business and pretended to work without calling people on coupons. It feels like the crowds of people in this nice space don't bother anyone. And where are those who organized this looking? I came to the district RSC earlier and did everything in 30 minutes. And now everything is "for people" what an absurdity🙄

Disgusting))) Before that, I served an hour and a half for two certificates. The next time I applied, the certificate turned out to be overdue, the next day I brought a new one (after waiting in line for an hour), and another specialist told me that it was impossible to recalculate, and sent me to another room to the boss. People come to you that experts don't give a damn about. And there are constant queues from half an hour to two hours.

Parking is large, free, barrier-free from the Pershy National shopping center, in which the cash register center is located on the ground floor. The staff is polite, friendly and patient.

It took more than 2 hours to complete the lease (on Saturday). Apply for a passport replacement on Monday after work for 1.5 hours. It used to take 15-20 minutes. If you have small children, sitting in such queues is a challenge. The room is spacious and comfortable. There are almost always four working windows, which is not enough. The staff is friendly and courteous. The biggest disadvantage is queues!

It is located INSIDE the building, the entrance is ordinary, not separate. There are few pointers to find. At the same time, the location of the cash register center itself is strange: you first need to find the door with the inscription "DZYARZHPASLUGI" and guess that this is a cash register center. Then you go in and there's a big space where the girl behind the counter is hidden. You need to approach her and ask for a ticket. Honestly, it's extremely illogical and ill-conceived for people who got here for the first time. They gave me a ticket and sent me to the 1st gym. In front of me (judging by the coupon, there are only 2 people to replace my passport) and 3 specialists. The hall was almost empty. I've been waiting for AN HOUR!!!!! just change your passport. For some reason, everything took a very long time. The staff is polite and works with high quality, but due to the fact that you have to do a lot of things that people themselves have to do, because no one UNDERSTANDS anything AND THERE IS NO ONE TO ASK AND EVERYONE MAKES MISTAKES, you wait for a meeting with a long-awaited employee to finally do everything properly and fill out, the staff just do extra work with by every person. And there are clearly not enough employees (although a huge number of tables are provided). For some reason, employees have examples of filling out forms, and if you make a mistake, you sit and rewrite everything with a specialist and waste your time and someone else's. Wouldn't it be easier to make sure that people are informed as much as POSSIBLE IN ADVANCE? (not just one sheet, but many options for filling out and paying with consistent actions for first-graders!) And just one additional employee to whom you could contact BEFORE calling a specialist would solve so many problems and time losses!

It is difficult to find, easy to lose and impossible to forget. Advantages: convenient opening hours, excellent repair, air conditioning and toilets in the waiting room. Cons: there is no normal navigation and in order to find where this institution is located, you will have to practice orienteering; coupons can only be taken at the reception, and you just need to read the information kiosks; there are a lot of jobs, and specialists were not brought for them, because of this, waiting in line for 20+ minutes; the specialists themselves 50/50 came across as polite and they are patient with my stupid questions, and boorish with rolled eyes at any word you say. To improve the work: 1) Make normal navigation in the shopping center with bright and visible signs from afar; 2) Add the ability to independently take coupons in the information kiosk; 3) Hire more specialists, not everyone wants to grow old in line; 4) Increase the PO and improve working conditions for your specialists so that they do not growl at people and roll their eyes only with pleasure realizing what a wonderful place they work in.

The waiting time for your turn is very long on any day of the week, so feel free to include at least 3-4 hours of waiting in your plans, even to receive the most insignificant certificate or statement. And if you go for the first time, it will be a problem to find the location of the RSC itself in the wilds of the Persha shopping center, focus on the Vitba pavilion and to the left of it, it is better to ask a security officer right at the entrance. And in terms of service by specialists, there are absolutely no complaints, everything is done competently and they advise on any related issues in the most detailed way.

How can you ruin a good idea? That's right - this can be seen on the example of this center! Starting with the fact that the center itself is open until 22-00, help by phone until 18-00 HOW !!! Next, you enter the hall on a weekday at 11: 00, you see huge areas, a lot of "jobs" that 3 out of 10/12 work. And that's not ALL - they work "like a wet fire" there were 5 electronic queue coupons in front of us, we sat for exactly an hour, and did not get to the reception. The only thing I would like to thank the head of this center, who, seeing this situation, served herself (registration of the lease agreement) literally in 5-7 minutes , which left a very good impression!

We used the services of the RSC Pervomaisky district.On the positive side, spacious halls, an electronic queue, registration and registration of the employment contract immediately, they are redirected to the passport officers immediately (all in one visit).I recommend filling out the forms in advance and you will quickly pass (while others will fill out the forms), if you did not have time to fill out the forms, come up and the specialist gives you another 10-15 minutes, then watch the queue.In general, I liked everything.I recommend coming to the opening by 10

It's just awful. If earlier in the RSC at the Post Office I could get any certificate in a maximum of 15 minutes, then here I spent an hour and a half. At the same time, there was no one in front of me in the queue to receive certificates on the composition of the family. My ticket was stupidly not called for an hour and a half!! Those who came after me on other issues are long gone. Their call program crashes periodically, as I understand it. In addition, out of 7 operators, only 1 works, maximum 2. Everything is terribly slow!!
