There were 30.04 at lunch - only 2 passport officers worked, the electronic queue did not work in fact, because someone got out of line (not on coupons). I think if there is an electronic queue, you should stick to it, otherwise the system does not work! And those who have left to fill out forms and make payments should take new coupons, and not give them out of turn. Because, as a rule, the giving process is accompanied by a signature and logging of information, which takes a certain amount of time! Accordingly, having only 2 people in the electronic queue in front of us, we waited for more than an hour, as there were 3 more people who were accepted without her.

If you want to pointlessly waste a couple of hours of your life, then you are here! RSC number 3 will kindly open its doors. Especially if it's about your passport. Today (they arrived at three o'clock in the afternoon, left at six), several passport holders have been changed. One went to the bathroom for half an hour, like for a meal, the other got ready and left, and the third, after making a claim, actually started smoking. The redhead (it looks like the boss) was suitable only in case of issuance of documents (already ready). When they asked when they would serve, she said, "Wait!" We were sitting with coupons: P134, P151, P160, P161. At the same time, in the queue, other coupons evaporated in front of our eyes in an extremely funny way. For all the time, the numbers 138, 148, etc. have not been named! After spending time and nerves, we were almost told that our address was not being serviced (which is very strange, because they always referred specifically to the Moscow region). Then they tried to cling to the completed form. In front of us, the woman with the P146 ticket was told, "TAKE ANOTHER TICKET, BECAUSE YOU MISSED YOUR TURN!" But she sat and did not leave. By the way, when I went to get my passport at the Migration Department in Mikhalovo, there was nothing like this, and I waited only 40 minutes while the form was filled out and the fee was paid. In general, the branch of Hell on earth is here. I sincerely wish that those employees, as they register people, also register themselves or their children, especially in matters of emergency medical care!

I would like to complain about an employee of "one window" who worked on 03/28/2025 at around 12 o'clock. I applied for help today, but due to my young age, I am not yet a frequent visitor to such places, so I was a little confused. I couldn't decide on a ticket at the vending machine for several minutes and saw a girl with the same problem approaching a woman from one window. The employee explained to the girl what she needed to choose and she left. When I asked her to help me choose a ticket, the woman responded rudely. I just left. While I was sitting in line, about 3-4 other people approached this lady with similar questions, but she gave them all clear instructions. It's very interesting, what kind of double standards are these? Why are 30+ people polite in fact, and a younger person rude? The girl who issued the certificate is pleasant and friendly.

We have already come several times on our issue, sent new documents for confirmation, which in fact were not needed. At the next submission, I was faced with terrible rudeness and unprofessionalism of the employee, while waiting for the queue, I watched the communication of some employees and thought that I would not get to her (I note that not everyone can object to something and the employee tried hard enough to assert himself and show his "power" in relation to visitors), unfortunately, not I remembered my full name, as I was shocked that the information changes simply from her mood, because we were confirmed several times in advance that the documents that are available will be suitable for solving the issue. Thank you for such "service" and "work". Please turn on the ventilation system in the room, it is simply impossible to stay there for a long time, especially for those with children. Have a conversation with employees on the topic of adequate tone-raising communication. This is not the first time this has happened. A corresponding complaint will be sent, and this is from a person who is not open to conflicts at all and is inclined to resolve issues in fact, it's just a horror, this has never happened anywhere else. I was helped by caring customers who were already waiting in line. Thank them very much. We worked it out together. The waiting time for a call to your queue was less than 5 minutes. Although nakone was interested in the workload of the center and the reviews were not happy. And the experience of my friends from the Frunze district was also frightening. The passport officer issued me very quickly, fortunately I came with a full package of necessary documents. An SMS was issued on the spot about the readiness of the passport. But, as they say, a person can move from a village, but a village cannot move from a person! Disregard for people. The employees of this organization have fenced themselves off from people with an electronic queue. Without calling for an appointment, despite the long queues, the workers go about their business, shouting at each other. Sitting listening to rudeness to other people. They talk as if the slaves had come to the masters. It used to be the same (until the organization moved), but it was possible to resolve issues with the passport officer in 20 minutes. And now I've been sitting for an hour, and it's unclear how long to wait for an audience.

This RSC replaced 3 old RSCs of the Moskovsky district. There is only one passport officer. Queues for him on a weekday are under 100 people (no exaggeration). So be patient. 2-3 hours of waiting are provided.
