A year ago, there was another situation, I brought my grandmother, she was asked to get some document, while she was looking in a folder, the employee started yelling that we were taking up her time, as if she no longer had work to wait until we found this paper, and my grandmother became ill. (when her voice is raised, her legs stop holding.) I quote the phrase of the employee then, 'what are you doing here? Let's die here, I'll lie down with you.' I regret that we did not look into this situation and did not ask for a book of complaints.
