Raw is one of the best restaurants in Almaty. Why? On the one hand, this is a very competent and balanced menu. Tasting it, you can have fun tasting meat, fish, and vegetables, and all this together :). In each of these classes you can find something special: crispy chicken, shrimp in temura, tuna sashimi… Everything is very tasty, fresh, and not clogged with excessive flavorings, which so often demonstrate the cook's impotence in trying not to spoil the original ingredient. And here the dishes are subtly revealed and beautifully presented. The wine list is made up quite correctly, the choice of drinks may not be very large, but you can definitely find something in it that you will like and will suit today's mood and company. The service is as it should be: unobtrusive, but at the same time, moderately helpful and courteous. We will come back here again and again :)

I usually don't write reviews, but I decided to write here, it's a very cool atmosphere - a lot of people in the kitchen, everyone is working)) The service is wonderful - they pulled everything out of me and offered dishes that 100% suited me. The food is just top notch - it was very tasty and very fresh. I found this place by accident and am very pleased.

An atmospheric place. The food is delicious, the wine list is quite impressive. Attentive staff. I can't say that the menu fully corresponds to Japanese cuisine (there is something to compare it with), but I still give the highest rating for the delicious food, attentive staff and cleanliness in the restaurant. I'll be happy to go again.

The Raw restaurant is a great stylish place with Japanese author's cuisine, unusual exquisite serving, dishes are brought very quickly, only if you do not book a table, then there is no fact that there will be a place for you! Must-visit;) there was a diffuser in the toilet that I was sitting in the Central Department Store in Moscow Bago home, a huge decanter is very stylish and I liked the fragrance too

This is simply the best place in Almaty!! The freshest sushi, excellent quality of products, tuna tartare on a nori tortilla-fire! Hand rolls too! An open roll with a scallop-wow!! It is very similar in style to the Duo Asia (St. Petersburg). The level of service is simply top, the best in Almaty. Cocktails are also top! Especially Masu cap and Midnight Asia. A separate respect for soy sauce, which is cooked on bonito and kombu chips-this is something! The playlist is selected with taste. In general, for those who like really fresh, non-banal sushi, not a Fillet and a kilogram of mayonnaise-you are here. We regret that we opened this place at the end of the trip. By the way, sushi delivery from this restaurant via the abr app is much worse. So just go to the restaurant, no compromises! Greetings from St. Petersburg.

Guys, this is 5. Solid. And a Michelin star (from me). A must-visit if you are in the city. All that we have tried are open rolls, "ordinary", gyojo, tuna tartare - haut couture, as a delicacy. The prices are noticeably above average, but this is the quality guys. And pleasure. It's not about eating, but about enjoying the taste.
Excellent wine, by the way, is worth the money.
After leaving, the receptionist called me and said that we forgot the burger with us (we don't need to take it there)) . This is also in addition to maintenance.
I only guessed to take a picture of dessert. And he's good.

I will explain why: the work schedule is until 00:00, the kitchen and bar no longer accept orders as it is closing time. I will say this below 50-70 meters there is another institution in which we were accepted, fed and watered, and this despite the fact that they also work until 00:00. That's the moral of it, I probably won't go back to the first institution, but I'll be happy to return to the second one.

I ordered delivery via volt yesterday. Everything was delicious, I thought I finally found good rolls.
