There are not enough dishes on the tables, except for water, no cold drinks, the waiter is one for 10 tables and he is only engaged in collecting just opened bottles of alcohol. Hot dishes are actually cold. There is simply no herring in the herring under the fur coat, there is nothing there at all except potatoes and a little beetroot.
