Then I asked if there were any restrictions on the android version, to which I received the answer that the version should be higher than 7. I explained that I had a version higher than 7, to which I got guess what the answer was :))) Bingo! "So the application is not available for your device."
I had to explain to the operator, as it seemed to me, the obvious things: if you do not solve the client's issues, but send him to figure it out yourself, then you will not have a client. After I asked the name of the operator, which she did not name, and asked where I could leave a complaint about the unavailability of the application, the girl looked somewhere and said that the application works on android version 15 and higher. It turns out that the super-developers solved the problem of negative reviews in the PlayMarket regarding the limitations of the android version by blocking the ability to leave reviews to those with an android version lower :)
As I understand it, this is some kind of pocket bank created for their needs, and physical.they don't need people with their "small" deposits, and especially such scoundrels with an android version below 15. So putting money in there is fraught with problems with support and solving the issues that have arisen.
Well, I put the money in another bank, because the rates have been raised a little now, and for a short period of time there are higher rates than the Solution.
Yes, this is the only bank out of 8 banks whose app doesn't work on my phone :)
