I had a massage. Instead of the stated hour for which I signed up, the massage was done for 40 minutes. It was painful and unpleasant. The couch was not comfortable, the metal hoop bit into his cheeks. At least the music was turned on for the background. All 40 minutes, you lie and endure in silence. Why organize the work like that?!

I didn't like that right after I arrived, I was identified as a random passerby and was not allowed to use the toilet. Having made it clear that this additional service is included in an extended suite package for customers called "toilet duckling" . It was said that this was "not a passing yard", while the workers smoked right on the porch of the institution. Perhaps, according to their logic, I had to relieve myself on the same porch (which is an administrative offense). P.S. The activities of any business entities are regulated by Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus No. 7 dated November 23, 2017 "On the development of entrepreneurship". This decree provides that everyone can use the restrooms of an institution - not only visitors or customers. And in the Instagram profile it is stated that they treat "each client as a friend" 😇

Today I visited the cozy beauty studio "ReFresh" - the studio where the soul lives! The theater begins with a hanger, and "Refresh" with a friendly, punctual, positive administrator who met, offered tea and coffee, told about pleasant bonuses for all salon services for regular customers. I would like to express my deep gratitude to master Larisa for a beautiful and elegant pedicure. I came to her on a recommendation and did not regret it. I appreciate when a person does his job conscientiously, with a soul, diligently, professionally, without unnecessary chatter. Larisa is a very nice girl, she was treated efficiently, painlessly and carefully varnished. She told me all about the problem areas on the legs and gave me good care tips. Thank you for having such a specialist, because this is the face of the salon! I had a rest and got an aesthetic pleasure. Girls, for a good mood, everyone in Re Fresh! I recommend it, you will not regret it and get a real pleasure! I would like to wish you grateful customers, success and prosperity!
