03.03.2021 I contacted agent Anastasia Rogova, an employee of the Real Estate agency Line of Law in Minsk about the purchase of an apartment. We quickly agreed to meet and view the apartment with the owners. We liked the apartment, and the price suited us. The decision was made, we agreed to make a deposit and conclude a deal, and took our passport data. I was assured that this apartment is no longer shown to anyone, because they found buyers for it and there is no point in taking others to view it. But this is just the beginning. Next, the agent began to feed her with promises of a meeting at the agency and the conclusion of an agreement of intent. This meeting has been postponed every day since Tuesday and postponed for the reason that tomorrow the owners will settle the issue with the documents for the apartment ... it lasted until Friday, and then agent Anastasia Rogova simply stopped contacting, does not answer messages in Viber or calls, moreover, she resets them. MONDAY, TUESDAY, WEDNESDAY, THURSDAY… Apparently, such a regulation of working with clients in this agency is ignoring without comments… I think this is not correct, not professional, not decent and not respectful treatment of the client. They feed me promises of a deal, I prepare a deposit, and then they ignore me without any reason or explanation, they drop the calls. Apparently, this is the format of her work with clients. If you want to be treated in this way, if you want to have wasted time and nerves because of a broken deal, then agent Anastasia Rogova is right for you. For me personally, she tarnished the reputation of her Agency. I do not recommend cooperation!
