Posted an ad in early June. I made a deal in September. I learned from the buyers that the ad appeared in their search only at the end of August. For what services, I ask, did I pay for the ad all summer, if buyers saw and started calling only in early September, and realtors bothered with their services all summer!?

About 5 years ago, everything was great in real life. What happened? You type the usual criteria in the filter and may not give anything away. Or some kind of mud. How does the site work?
