I rarely write comments, but these guys deserve a separate detailed review. We have been carrying out the 2nd sale / purchase of an apartment through a Real Estate Cafe and have a lot of fun working together. The feeling when people work and prioritize not making quick money on customers, as in some other companies (they have already experienced it for themselves), but fully satisfying customer needs. Initially, a couple of years ago we thought "a young company, what can we expect"!? BUT who would have thought that such a young startup could hide such an expert group of people with their own unique corporate culture, rich work experience in real estate, law, economics, architecture, sales, interior design and much more. Specialists will always advise on any issue, not only on work, tell you how and where to do it better, tell you the best practices in sales and purchases, do a free market analysis, apartment analysis, etc. Moreover, it was very nice to receive a big bonus / discount from the company for contacting them again! I would like to express special gratitude to the specialist Svetlana Petrovich. Our requests were very categorical and high. But her sensitivity, understanding of our expectations, ability to negotiate, ability to meet our needs, her patience and experience allowed us to sell our property at a decent price on the market and purchase a new one in a few weeks. Moreover, the company has done a lot at its own expense!
