One of the disadvantages is a rather tired repair, especially felt in the bathroom - the whole wall is covered in mold
And it should also be borne in mind that the reception costs on the 2nd floor, you need to climb a steep staircase. The elevator to the upper floors, respectively, runs from the second.
Therefore, I do not recommend the hotel to elderly people with lower limb problems and for people with children.
