It was kind of expensive, but location is great. Water was not really hot, no heating, but it was 2 cold unexpectedly... Careful to go there with kids, because it seems it used for short visits as well. Very friendly persons, helping a lot with our needs. Breakfast is very poor for such price. Room conditions are moderate. It is not quite place.

The hotel does not pull in 4 stars. But prices are also lower than analogues. It does not pull, since it is not always possible to communicate in the "languages of international communication" (Russian and English) at the reception. There are many Chinese (90%) residents. It was not convenient that they cleaned almost in the evening, I was at a conference in the afternoon, I came - it was not cleaned, I want to rest, so that later I could run around the city, and then the cleaning. And there were a few minor inconveniences (they remove the slippers, but forget to put new ones, for example). The breakfasts are not rich and monotonous. A couple of days passed without coffee, as the device broke down. Etc. But the price is quite reasonable, compared to analogues and even, the class is lower, given the location!

Nice hotel, great view and location. But the interior is tired. The breakfast buffet is a bit monotonous, but the most unpleasant thing is that on our dates a group of Indians lived in the hotel, who behaved in a restaurant not culturally: they walked in outerwear, touched food with construction gloves, their appetite was spoiled.

The windows in the rooms look like some kind of emptiness and dirt. Rooms are cleaned only if strongly requested. No one is watching the fact that other guests are making a lot of noise. At breakfast, several times I came across vegetables with mold. Straight from the obvious and visible, but it didn't bother the staff. There is Wi-Fi only in the form of an inscription, even an ordinary page on the Internet will not be able to be opened.

The hot water heats up for a long time, and the water stagnates in the bathroom when draining. It blows from the windows in winter. For some reason, dressing gowns are not ironed when you put on such a robe - it looks unsightly. The glass wall between the bedroom and the bathroom is a very strange solution, I saw it for the first time. You're lying on the bed and you can see what's going on in the bathroom and toilet if the curtain isn't closed)

Of the minuses: tasteless breakfasts, it is impossible to open the water in the sink - the wall clings to the mixer (there is in the photo), that is, you can open either completely cold or hot. A huge window from the room to the toilet - it's not clear what it's for at all. I asked for an ironing board - I waited all evening, they promised several times "to bring it in 10 minutes" - they never did. I asked for the same thing in the morning. I had to go to a business meeting in a wrinkled shirt...

The hotel is 4*, but it pulls for 3. We took a 2-room room. It's big, 2 bathrooms, but sooo modest and old. The bathroom did not work, the shower also needs repair. We washed with difficulty. In general, the hotel is morally and physically outdated, but the location is good: metro, stadium, poppy nearby. 10-15 minutes walk to the Forum shopping center. There is no parking. It is there, but nominally. The breakfasts are very meager and monotonous. It's tolerable for a couple of days. Then we moved to another hotel.

The room was very spacious. Towels and linen are always fresh. The room was cleaned every day. In general, it will do, but only if there are no other options. I would not recommend it. The hotel is exactly 3 stars, but there are additional bonuses. It is located next to the Baikonur metro station. For the first visit to the city, this is just what you need. Painted walls by other guests, other people's remains in the form of hair and other things can easily be found in the bathroom. They don't like a vacuum cleaner here either.
Now about the rest: the shower is clogged - sorry, we'll fix it when you leave, use the Jacuzzi, but the Jacuzzi and the sink have the same trick!)
Door locks to the toilet - it works with a creak in one, it's broken in the other - again, we'll fix it later, we ordered.

The furniture is trimmed, but not critically.
The room was a junior suite, please note. And it didn't cost cheap. But for not having the best, we stayed here for the whole vacation ... the store is not far away, McDonald's is two steps away, after all. There is a good restaurant bar with a hookah Tin in a minute walk)
In general, the hotel is not 4 stars - for sure. We understood that the service here is not the same as in Turkey or anywhere else, but it exceeded even our expectations. After all, stardom is a certain standard, which is expected at least at a minimum.

The old battered hotel!
The refrigerator is smelly and dirty as if someone farted into it with gravy. In a drinking glass, someone stewed steers that were never washed and delivered to customers. I'm not ashamed of the management ... after all, 4 stars. You can open any room with a magnetic key!
The room has never been cleaned in 5 days of stay!

Neither hello, nor thank you, nor please. It's dog-cold. Breakfast is terrible. Chemical sausages, hard boiled eggs, one kind of dessert, oatmeal on the water. Well, the cheese is also plasticine. Apple juice is diluted with 1/5 water. Apple slop, simply put. There are stains from leaks all around, the wallpaper is peeling off. Furniture from the early noughties. It's cold in the room. +17 and the air conditioner does not work for heating. For a double room, they give one key and at least a stake on the head of the receptionist. I stayed late at the mall, I had the key. A colleague couldn't get into the room at ONE o'clock! They didn't give me a key. In general, the bottom of the hotel.
