Very Unhappy with the staff not at all foreigner friendly. Only meant for people who can understand and talk in their language.
Reception Staff thou helpful the reservation staff has flaw. Inspite of booking in three weeks in advance and emailing repeatedly, no reply is received.
And Inspite of requesting we are not happy with the room post arrival they couldn't change. As they were all booked, I repeatedly stated that room view on 12th floor has direct sight of a corporate and it would be really appreciated if changes could be made as we were on our honeymoon. They were helpless some ex employee from reservations whose email id is available on Agoda (site from which we had booked) had left and they were not aware about my request.
On the 12th Floor city, 1st day itself When we opened window people from opposite building office could literally see through.
The wifi doesn't work we have to go and stand near the gate to have full network. The tea pot stopped working immediately upon using during same day. Had to wait till next week second half to get it fixed.
I did so much research and although the reception staff were very helpful but the hotel needs to fix reservations staff Inspite of booking superior room it felt we are staying in below average occupancy.
Sorry but I'm extremely unhappy.. the location is excellent, the rooms are average the service needs serious training.

I liked the rooms: large in size, wide comfortable bed, spacious shower and bathroom.
Absolutely gorgeous view in the restaurant upstairs! It was worth stopping for.
Of the disadvantages, there are only 2 elevators, 1 is broken. Because of this, you have to wait.
The renovation downstairs at the entrance to the house is not impressive yet, but it was just updated during my visit.

Cool room, clean, warm, comfortable. The view from the window was not very good... But the breakfast (view) compensated for everything :), in general, the breakfast was good! Responsive staff. Of the disadvantages, one elevator did not work at the time of arrival, we had to wait. I recommend it this way.

The room is nice and spacious. The bathroom and toilet are separated from the rest of the room only by glass and a curtain. The staff is friendly. The breakfasts and dinners are meager and not too tasty. The location is convenient. The price is acceptable.

The view from the window of the upper floors is beautiful. There are smoking rooms on each floor. The breakfasts and staff are excellent. But there are also disadvantages. For example, there were no dental kits in the room. The administrator did not specify the purpose of the visit (he was on a business trip) and billed the tourist fee, this fee is not paid during a business trip. And the most annoying minus is the restaurant, with a beautiful view of the mountains, the menu is quite small and at the same time there are many positions in the stop list.

Comfortable rooms, good breakfast, very helpful and courteous staff. The view from the restaurant is just beautiful. The disadvantages are elevators, they are not enough and they are slow. The door to the shower cabin was closing badly, water was pouring on the floor. Everything else is fine. I was on a business trip, if I go again, I'll stay here.

The stunning views from the outdoor terrace are simply breathtaking. This is the most important advantage of this place, it's worth going here just for the sake of it. There are only a couple of such places in Almaty, where there is an open restaurant on the roof. Food and service are like everywhere else. But the views.... No one will remain indifferent to such views. But from the 17th floor to the restaurant you need to either walk up the stairs, three flights.

The hotel is on the upper floors of the business center. I stayed for several days on a business trip. The furniture is modern, the rooms are good, not killed.
Of the cons - it's hot, the air conditioner either doesn't work, or it's not enough (I stayed in the summer), it's stuffy, both in the room and in the hallway.
A very convenient location for business trips (there are many organizations and a business quarter nearby), as well as for tourism (center, shops, restaurants)
Of interest is the location for breakfast at the top of the building

The hotel is located in the city center in the business center on the upper floors. The staff is friendly and friendly. The room is spacious, the interior is relatively modern, but many things are already in need of repair (the shower is leaking, broken plumbing). Also, the part of the wall separating the bathroom is transparent glass (a dubious solution). On the top floor there is a restaurant with a terrace with a great view. The choice of food for breakfast is meager, everything is cold, and in the evening the restaurant closes before the stated end time. Room cleaning is good.

No. I'm definitely not going there anymore. This hotel is in a multi-storey building . The elevator wasn't working and I was lowering my suitcase from the 12th floor. The breakfasts are meager. The bathroom in the room is made of a transparent partition and the door is on a magnet that does not hold the word "absolutely" every time it opens and you think about how it would not fly on your forehead when you walk around the room. There is no water on the floors (cooler). In addition to the beautiful view from the window and good furniture, I can't mention any other advantages.

A simple, inexpensive but very good hotel. The staff works well and quickly.A rooftop restaurant with magnificent mountain views.
I was a little confused by the transparent doors to the toilet. Apparently to keep an eye on the front door ) . We covered the door with a cloth.
The unpresentable general entrance, the hotel occupies part of the floors in the building.
Otherwise, I liked everything. I recommend.

In principle, it's not that bad, but it doesn't reach its cost. I know several hotels nearby that are above the standard and priced no higher. There are only 2 elevators, the building has 18 floors. Breakfast for 8 days of stay has hardly changed. Although the Sky Bar where the breakfast was held has great views.

Great location.
The rooms are spacious.
Everything is comfortable and clean.
Polite staff.
Good breakfasts.
Great view from the restaurant with a terrace!
Minuses:
The smell of tobacco is constantly felt everywhere, although the hotel does not smoke.
You can smoke on a special balcony, which is located on each floor,
apparently, it pulls from there.
I don't like that.
I'm unlikely to come back, I can't recommend it.
If only for those who smoke.

Beautiful view from the breakfast restaurant.
The breakfasts were meager, the vegetables and greens were for some reason treasured.
The rooms are not cleaned very well, we had black hair in the room. Stuffy.

The staff is very polite, from the reception desk to the maids. Not a bad location. Good room cleaning and quick response to calls at the reception. There are balconies on each floor for smokers.
The hotel itself is a far-fetched foursome.
A high-rise building with only a part of the floors, including a panoramic restaurant, as a hotel. Don't get the rest of it. Two technically outdated elevators that have to wait almost 10 minutes each way.
The breakfasts are monotonous and very modest. Anyway, the restaurant itself actually has zero load. Given the panoramic view from three sides, in my opinion, a unique room is being wasted. For example, some pretentious cocktail bar or a molecular cuisine restaurant would fit in there just like that. And the breakfasts in it would add customers to the hotel. And now it's nothing more than an extremely unpopular place, which, in fact, is indicated by empty chairs. Well, I'm just thinking out loud.

Room cleaning every other time and if there is, it is not of high quality. The reception is well done, they are diligently correcting the jambs. TV does not always work. Consider that there is no toilet door, because it does not close and with gaps of several centimeters. If there are more than 1 person in the room, then it is terribly inconvenient. A set for brushing teeth, for some reason even shampoo and shaving kit, need to be begged separately.

The view of the city is amazing during breakfast. The menu is average. The staff is polite, but not collected. Perhaps I was unlucky that a thermos of hot water was not ready by the beginning of breakfast, the food was not ready. I left my key in the room when I checked out. While I was waiting for an employee from the reception who would help me get off the floor, I almost suffocated from the heat. The thing is that there is no ventilation or air conditioning in the corridors at all. Waiting for an elevator in the summer in the heat is another challenge. And it takes a long time to wait for him. The rooms are clean and cozy, but the windows outside have not been washed for a long time. Dirty ones.
I wouldn't stay in a hotel a second time.

We stayed with my husband at this hotel in early December for 5 nights. We were very satisfied!
Large, comfortable rooms, a queen size bed, fluffy white bathrobes, slippers, disposable toiletries in the bathroom, good towels. Breakfast is included in the accommodation, a great buffet! The hotel itself is located only on the upper floors of the building, sometimes you had to wait for the elevator, but only during rush hour, when everyone leaves in the morning or returns in the evening. The windows overlook the mountains, it's amazing! The hotel staff is very friendly. When we find ourselves in Almaty again, we will definitely check into this hotel again!

Among the disadvantages is a somewhat inconvenient "logistics" - the hotel is located on several upper floors of the building, there is its own elevator, sometimes it takes a long time to wait. And they do not accept any cash currency except tenge.

A very cozy hotel, the location is convenient. Clean, tidy, friendly staff, cleaning every day. We lived with a cat, he also liked it, especially the armchair and walking in the hall. Good varied breakfasts, delicious juice (which is rare), liked the restaurant administrator. Technically a beautiful view from the windows when there is no haze.
One of the disadvantages is that the elevator is not always reliable, once in 1.5 weeks I had to walk up to the 12th floor. And one of the elevators was often shut down. And key cards are often demagnetized, but they were given to us with a margin :)
There was only one blanket at check-in, but you can easily ask for a second one.
Curtains were just hung on the glass walls of the bathroom with us, hooray :)
There is an ironing board with an iron in the lobby.
A great place to explore the city.

What I didn't like: if you come for breakfast after 9.00, there is almost no food, you have to wait for it to be brought. The hotel is located in the residential complex, there are also offices. Just a virgin elevator. And I worked alone for the whole week of my stay , stopping on each floor and opening twice. It's such a pleasure to go to the 17th floor.
The room is quite comfortable, although cleaning is after 15.00, which is very inconvenient, since I have already returned to the room to rest, and it has not been cleaned yet.
And breakfast is a separate topic . It starts at 7.30 . It 's too late !
When it's all over, they put it reluctantly. You can come there is no porridge , no vegetables , no bread !
You have to ask for everything.
But they give you delicious juice.
The only thing that pleases is the beautiful view of the city during breakfast.
But if you compare it with other hotels of a similar level, then in general everything is much better . The room is a good size. The shower flowed from all the cracks , really .
