I was driving past this service station, stopped briefly on business, the car refused to start. I went up to the service station, since I was right next to it, I stood right in front of it, said that the car wouldn't start, described the problem. They sent me to an electrician and said they couldn't do anything to help. As it turned out, the battery just died in the end, it was enough to measure the voltage with a tester. I would give one, but two stars for the information - do not come here. A dead battery is not an easy task for employees.

They asked how long they had to wait, and said, "half an hour." OK, we're waiting. In fact, we waited for 2 hours, if they had said earlier that they would be doing it for a long time, we would not have come here. It's hard for me, being pregnant, to sit and wait for so much time. No one apologized, as if that was the right thing to do. They also cheated on the price, initially they said the price for tire fitting was 43p., as a result they counted with weights for 50p., and someone asked them to do stabilization? It was impossible to ask, with or without weights?! I do not advise you to contact here.

The locksmith guys did well, they immediately figured out what the cause of the breakdown was. I quickly went to get a part, fortunately the sale of spare parts is nearby, they replaced it and everything is super.
I put a strong four, just for the fact that the master could devote more time to the client. And not communicating with an acquaintance (I had to wait until he was distracted from the "secular" conversation, after contacting him), a personal conversation on the phone, between smoke breaks.

Not a bad service. I serviced 3 of my cars there for several years. They do everything quickly, there have never been any complaints about the quality. Sometimes they couldn't figure out a floating problem in one car, they diagnosed it for 3 days, called back, but they couldn't find what the problem was (which disappeared in the end), so they didn't even take a penny for diagnosis, time, etc. Payment is only for the result. There was also another controversial point that turned into a conflict, but after the owner of the service station contacted me himself, we found a common language and the situation ended acceptably for both sides.
In general, it is not a bad place, where, in case of problems, you will not need to run through courts and instances in search of the truth. Personally, I will feel free to contact you again.
Another advantage is a pleasant waiting area, coffee machine, TV, and Internet.
Separately, I would like to mention the shift supervisor named Anton. A comfortable person who understands perfectly and does not try to deceive.

Kia cerato with Moscow license plates...On 02.11.2019, we visited you...I think you remember such a car...They said 20km would knock...which lasted much longer in fact. But the bolts on the calipers? Shouldn't they be twisted? Do you see them when you change the pads? Should I tell the car owner about this? In general, thank you for noticing everything in time (after replacing the pads, the knocks are still different) and stayed alive! Well, we found a service on the highway and the guys did everything quickly there.
