I want to thank Master Roman for the responsible and high-quality execution of the work on the resuscitation of the Samsung oven. I made a fairly accurate diagnosis and identified the problem on the spot, negotiated a price range for the work, beyond which we did not go. There was a problem with the oven door, glass gluing and restoration of fasteners were required, so the master and his partner dismantled and took the equipment to the workshop. After 3 days, they were returned and put in place in working condition. There were difficulties with the reverse installation, the guys honestly and scrupulously worked for an hour to do everything neatly. In general, young responsible guys, it's nice to cooperate. Master Roman makes contact, willingly tells in detail about the nuances of the breakdown and the restoration work required.

I've never seen a worse office than this one. It was necessary to remove the outdoor unit of the air conditioner, at the first call with the master, he offered to leave right on that day almost at any time, but this option did not suit me and we agreed on Sunday. The master arrived on time in general, partially disconnected the air conditioner (wires and tubes, while maintaining the frion), but at some stage of the work it turned out that he could not remove the block himself, because there were no tools needed with him (why come to order without a full set of tools at all?). It was agreed that the master would arrive the next day in the morning. The master stopped responding to messages, I had to call him when he did not arrive at the agreed time in the morning, his answer was - the boss gave an important object, I can't come to you. After that, another 2 days were spent trying to communicate with the authorities, who fed them breakfast, did not respond to messages and calls. On Wednesday evening, our boss once again asked us to dial him on our OWN, my husband dialed, but the call was dropped with the words that "circumstances have arisen, I will call you back in 15 minutes." He never showed up again. Almost a week was spent on work that was supposed to take 30-60 minutes, and it was needed urgently. And it is NOT DONE as a result. Do not contact this organization if you value your time and have self-respect. From time to time, we were told about some important objects where craftsmen work, but is our object, so, unnecessary little things? With such an attitude towards customers, close your kennel altogether and do not work with people, you are not succeeding.

Disgusting attitude towards customers. The master was called, he was supposed to arrive today from 17:00 to 18:00. As a result, we waited until 20:30 and no one arrived. After we called to clarify why there is still no one and no one is contacting us, we were told that they would contact the master now.
After 5 minutes, the master calls, without apology, without any excuses, just asks what's wrong with the refrigerator and after we said it wasn't working, we specified the price of what might be broken, silence for a minute and only then said the amount - 280p.. And he says if you fix it, I can drive up in half an hour.
Although he was supposed to arrive at the time that was agreed upon.
But for their attitude, I didn't even want the master to come. In general, I do not recommend anyone to contact here.

It's good that I won't work with them anymore and I found an honest master.
I will add a review, because the director of this company called and convinced me that the review was too dry. And he asked me to delete it. Despite the fact that he did not offer a solution to this situation, but just wanted to persuade the review to be deleted.

The following scenario was repeated several times (!):
* The dispatcher accepts the order, requests detailed data, starting with personal data and
ending with the exact model of the equipment and the reason for the request.
* The master arrives, inspects, promises to order the item and disappears.
After several phone calls with promises of "breakfasts", it turns
out that the "master" is no longer listed in the office.
* Call the manager, send him a description of the problem and the model
of the equipment via Viber. A promise to resolve the issue promptly.
Every time, like the first time, everything had to be repeated from the beginning.
Orders are not registered, staff changes, cases are not transferred.
The first "master" also took the money in advance.
The last call to the "head" was generally discouraged.
He was specifically rude, "don't hang noodles, this is the first time I've heard from you, etc."
He did not apologize even after sending the evidence in the form of a chat history.
I decided not to get involved further.
As a result, I ordered the element myself and replaced it myself.

We made a diagnosis - the "diagnosis" was established correctly, that's all from the positive.

The next repair of household appliances of "my assistant", namely the Bosch washing machine, came a year later. I forgot that I had a dishwasher. I turned to another workshop, they came, made a diagnosis and took me for additional diagnostics. When they reported the cost of repairs, I thought about the rationality it was possible to buy a budget car for that kind of money. I took a break and only accidentally stumbled upon a contract with this company. I typed, and they also remember me there, it's nice! I applied, they said bring it, they will look. We carried out diagnostics and reported that it was really expensive repairs and about a month in time, of course, time scared away, but the price was quite pleased, half cheaper!) We ordered repairs and a month later we were informed that everything was ready and the price remained agreed earlier!) I use a dishwasher and a washing machine, and I wrote down the workshop number in the directory!

The master arrived without a contract, they gave the equipment under a handwritten receipt and the price was discussed verbally, which then turned into another. Also, the master asked me to transfer money for the spare part to the CARD, which alarmed me. It is not very easy to get through to the master. We almost missed the deadline, I think if my wife and I hadn't been bothered by calls, we would have been disrupted for sure (the master arrived at 10 pm on the last day of the agreed deadlines). Guys, always tell the real repair time, take it with a margin and IMMEDIATELY write out the amount in the contract, before the repair. A washing machine is not a rocket, an experienced craftsman should immediately see all the breakdowns. This level of service is absolutely not new for RB, so, alas, I am sad and give 3 stars.

A terrible office ( called the master at home to repair the striral machine, tripled the approximate cost by phone, said that diagnostics and check-out are free, and the cost of repair will be told on the spot, if the price suits, then only they will make the machine! The master arrived, made a "diagnosis", said that the lock was working, but the module needed to be repaired (it cost about 200 rubles) and taken to their service ... I said that we would deliver it to them ourselves, then he began to demand 30 rubles for diagnostics. That's half the trouble! Doubts have already arisen about this office. My husband and I brought the washing machine to another repair. And here's the most interesting thing: we changed the lock, everything is fine with the module! And we paid several times less, respectively! Draw your own conclusions! I couldn't help but write a review! It's like the 90s with such deception! Horror!!! (

The price tag for the price list is the largest, for not unscrewing anything 48 rubles.
There is no service! I do not recommend this organization!

Only promises to arrive tomorrow, the next day, after the weekend, etc. In 2 weeks we did not get there. Take the check, otherwise you won't prove anything to anyone. The prices on the website and those announced to you after the work of the master differ exactly 5 times. Don't get fooled.
