I put an iron in for repair. It turned out that the board, which is not available, was burned. They called and said that they were powerless to repair. I came to pick it up - voila, 25 rubles for diagnostics. I also agree if the client refused to repair... I don't refuse repairs, but they refuse me. And pay 25 rubles. Okay, if it was beyond repair, otherwise they just don't have such spare parts... Why did you take it? Why wasn't they warned when they took it that they would have to pay for the diagnosis? The answer of the "specialist": "You should have been warned, I did not take the iron, what are the claims against me." So they should have warned you when taking the order after all? Neither in the corner to write, nor on the fence, but SHOULD THEY have said? Am I supposed to look for the dude who accepted and make claims against him now? I need repairs, you can't do it, why do I need your diagnostics? And by the way, the amount of diagnosis, even in case of failure, is not indicated anywhere! Neither on the stand, nor in the form!
