I handed over my boots to the workshop. German shoes. The heel came off in the boots. I passed the first time, I passed the season. I passed it the second time. In terms of quality, I don't know how else to relate to next season. But the attitude towards customers is terrible. I was charged 2 times: when handing over the boots for repair, and when picking up from the repair. I will not go into this repair anymore.
