I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT! Go a little further and you will find better shoes. Not only was they told that it was "ready" on the phone, but a few days later I couldn't pick up the order, because it was "not ready". So, while I visited them SEVERAL times, they never mentioned that the terminal was NOT WORKING! To which I was told in a boorish manner that go withdraw the money, we won't be able to do anything. There is no complaint book, as well as the employee could not get through to the director ("the Internet is bad"). Together with the complaint book, the employee tried to slip her notebook. Do I look like a fool at all? The security service works until 15.00, which is also not convenient.

I do NOT ADVISE!!! I applied for shoe repair, they cannot say the cost for sure, I asked them to clarify the cost and not to carry out repairs without agreeing with me. As a result, they were handed over to the master without coordinating with me, they proved that they called me, BUT!!! There were no forgiven calls!!! boorish attitude, the woman taking the shoes does not have any information at all and cannot solve the issue, then she cannot get through. Also, the deadlines are sooo long.

We used to do it efficiently, now I will not advise anyone! I put in the repair of boots to replace the zipper. As a result, they put a used zipper as if with their eyes closed, the word quality was missing completely. I left it to be redone, the lock is new, but again they did it on the loose, crookedly, the lock did not reach the top by cm, anyhow it was sewn in, the boot was smeared with glue, the top of the zipper was ruined, now there are tracks from the foot of the car. If I used to advise my friends how to quickly and efficiently, now I just avoid and do not spoil my shoes.
