I went to them from afar, and they answered me at the place that there was no such billet. And they didn't even apologize! The place itself is disgustingly dirty, the waiting area is in a dark vestibule. It's a pity you can't put less than 1 star.

Disgusting. I gave expensive shoes for repair. Whose sole came off , it didn't even come off. The horror was returned , stitched with threads and with knots on the inside of the sole. If I had known, I would never have given it there and would not have paid BEFORE the repair. I did not receive an apology for such a dirty job. I threw away my shoes, it's scary to walk in this
