I called the washing machine repairman, the master arrived 3 days later, very quickly said that I probably needed to change this and that, we didn't really understand anything, everything happened quickly!
He took a picture of our model, and said I'll call you back, well, he's been calling for 2 days now.
As a result, 10 rubles flew to him for the so-called "diagnosis" in 3 minutes.
No one calls us, and we're still with a broken car!
Not a repair, but one name!

We repaired the refrigerator, changed the compressor, now the freezer is like new, otherwise even the water could not freeze normally.
