The pick-up point is within walking distance, so this store is a godsend for me. No need to wander around all the markets in search of s/h.

Do not apply by bank transfer in any case. A terrible store, I had to wait an hour at the pick-up point for them to "see the payment." Although a message came that the product is ready and it can be picked up. The managers and employees of the issue did not contribute in any way to resolving the issue.

Low-quality goods. Recently I bought a fuel filter DENCKERMANN fuel filter (A130063) supplier -Motehavto parts. It turned out to be defective and cost 65.60 rubles, i.e. not the cheapest. It was installed on the car twice and the fuel did not pass through it. The only good thing is that the money was immediately returned without verification and red tape. They didn't offer to pick up anything in return. It's just a pity for the time spent. Installing this filter with 5 outputs is quite a task!

The review will not be about the pick-up point, but about the work of sales managers. On Thursday, July 6, I ordered camber bolts and dusters from Remzon. The anthers were in stock, the bolts were on order for 7 days. I clarified whether the bolts would arrive in 7 days, received firm assurances that yes, and placed an order. I wanted to pick up the dusters along with the bolts, they were left in one order. After talking with the master, it was decided to start repair work earlier, so that by Thursday, when the camber bolts arrive, the steering rack was already ready, so the dusters had to be picked up without waiting for the bolts. I called once, did not wait for an answer, dropped it, called back a second time, then I was lucky at 3 minutes of waiting they picked up the phone and said that the dusters were already at the pick-up point and that the manager would disconnect the order on the spot. Well ok. When I hung up the phone, I saw a missed call from remzone, that is, some other manager was trying to call me at that time. I took my dusters and went out of town. And then I get an SMS in the SAT that my order is ready. I think it's great, it's come in 3 days. Today I come to get the bolts, and they give me some other part in the amount of 1 piece for a different amount. I'm starting to clarify, I think they may have confused the same thing: the manager who tried to call me while I was talking with another manager canceled my order for camber bolts and put something unknown to me instead. I do not know what he was guided by. Time is lost, there are no bolts in Minsk, the car is going to be repaired tomorrow morning. As a result, I will be without a car for more than a week, auto1 promises to deliver the bolts only on July 15th. There are no apologies from miracle managers and the company. Great job, guys.👏
Upd. The guys got in touch, explained the situation from their side. We give you a second chance: I made springs to order. It's a long wait, 23 days. I will definitely add a review)

I ordered a timing kit. Unfortunately, it did not fit, I had to issue a refund. There were no difficulties with the return, quickly and clearly. They called to ask what exactly didn't fit.
