This is not the first time we have visited the spa. Great location and nice staff. A significant plus is that the aquazone is very warm and there is also warm water in the pool itself. Cozy and beautiful. In addition, we had a magical massage. Masters from Bali. An hour and a half flew by unnoticed🥰
Visiting the Renaissance Spa and massage is a wonderful pastime and a wonderful gift for friends and family during the holidays.

Excellent SPA. We visited with a girl and were satisfied, first of all, with the service, polite, punctual, and beautiful.
I really liked the fact that it is warm enough in the aquazone, as well as the water at a comfortable warm temperature.
And of course, the excellent massage by the Bali masters was excellent, they left only with positive and rested emotions.

We were at a spa program for two the other day, we really enjoyed it! For the first time in a long time, we relaxed so well and enjoyed the massage. It is also worth noting the rather comfortable spa area (swimming pool, hydro massage). The only nuance that was confusing at the entrance (by the way, this was our first time here and, accordingly, we are not familiar with this place) so this is the face of a girl running around with a phone in her hands, essentially talking to her mother and quite immodestly examining us in parallel from head to toe. Such a look makes you feel awkward, as if we came to visit her without warning. 😂
I work in the service sector myself and I can subtly feel and feel such views from a mile away) Therefore, it would be worthwhile to work with the face of the institution that directly hosts guests.😏
Otherwise, there are no complaints! We would love to come back to you again!
