A quality hotel. With good infrastructure. Captivating professional staff. We were warmly welcomed, placed on request earlier. The room is clean and has everything you need. There is an ice-making refrigerator on the floor. There is a refrigerator and an iron in the room. The breakfasts are delicious. There are fish, cheeses, fruits, porridges, a variety of egg dishes, sausages and delicious mushrooms. Champagne is served every morning. Nice bar. The spa area is represented by two saunas, a swimming pool and a Jacuzzi. The hotel has everything you need for a good rest and work.

A wonderful place!! I was there with my family and my baby. It was clean, cozy, there were few people, the pool was warm. Massage was a separate kind of pleasure! My husband and I were delighted with the masters! I was relieved of the tightness in my back, which I have been suffering from for a very long time, the massage master felt everything very clearly and eased these unpleasant sensations for me. And also my mother was with us, who was at the spa for the first time and she was also completely delighted! Thanks to the receptionists at the reception, we were there for the first time, they showed us everything, gave us everything we needed (bathrobe, towels). We were warned in advance that it was better to take our own slippers, so we did :) We have a very pleasant experience of visiting the SPA! I recommend you to visit!

My son made a gift for a visit to the Renaissance SPA. The impressions are great!. Thai massage is generally flying away. Pleasant atmosphere, relaxing music. Thanks to the girls! The service is at a high level! Clean, cozy and friendly. We've been there all day. The rested and rejuvenated ones left.

On my birthday, I was presented with a certificate for a spa and body massage for two. We chose the right time with a friend. I liked it very much - the comfort, the quality. Everything is fine, it's nice to be here, I want to rest and relax. All employees are polite and considerate. All rooms are clean and well furnished. Massage is a separate pleasure for body and soul. Thank you so much and, of course, we will come again!)

The first disappointment of the new year. We wanted to have a nice time with my wife in a beautiful and unsociable place, but we couldn't do it. The price for time at the SPA is quite high in Minsk. In the hope of getting quality service, you will end up with a dusty and tired SPA. We got the impression that they just don't do the cleaning there, or the hotel administration believes that this is the kind of service that hotel guests deserve. Perhaps the pride of the administration or the cleaning staff does not allow them to bend down and wipe the dust under the sun beds. Perhaps they just don't know that it is dirt and dust that guests see when swimming in the pool or while in the Jacuzzi. During the entire stay at the establishment, not a single SPA employee bothered to collect water on the tile near the Jacuzzi. Only once, an employee of the massage room removed the water near the door of his office. But it's probably easier to put up a "Slippery floor" sign than to remove the water. Saunas deserve special attention. Can't the hotel afford to replace the rotten boards in the shelves? At the joints of the shelf, where the peeling of the wood began, you can get injured in the form of splinters. As a person, I understand that peeling occurs due to high humidity, but hotel and SPA guests are primarily your "guests" and should not understand the difficulties of the hotel. I also happened to look at the hood grate next to the thermos flasks of tea. Is there really no simple vacuum cleaner with a telescopic tube in the hotel to remove the dust.
I hope that my review will be taken into account by the administration and the banal shortcomings will be eliminated later.

We were looking for a hotel where you can stay with a pet. It is one of the few in Minsk. The rooms are spacious and the staff is friendly. There is an Alfa exchange on site, which is convenient. The SPA is neat and clean. It is pleasant to have herbal tea available for all guests.

Good afternoon!
We lived as a family from January 3 to January 6. I liked everything very much. The spa is excellent, everything is clean, the water is good, there is no smell of bleach.
The breakfasts are very good, red fish is served!
There's not much dinner on the 11th floor in the club lounge... the staff is less friendly.
Overall, a great hotel, I definitely recommend it!

We spent a magical day at Renaissance SPA. My son had a wish to spend part of his birthday in a spa with massage and aqua zone. Here we found everything we were looking for and even more. We ordered a "Ritual for two" - it was magical, beautiful and unrealistically pleasant, the massage is beyond praise. The aquazone was also pleased, very clean and comfortable. We felt good, calm and we will definitely come here again🤗

A gorgeous hotel. We conquered the breakfasts and the spa area - a swimming pool, sauna and Jacuzzi at the highest level. The rooms are very comfortable, the single beds are huge, the double beds even more so. The mattresses are super soft, you lie down like on a cloud. There are many channels on the TV, including foreign ones. I've already forgotten what it's like to watch MTV and the BBC (greetings from Russia).

A ruined birthday or how my husband and I visited the "love story" spa program . The massage was just about nothing, stroking for an hour. Then we took a shower in a hurry, because it was time for the next customers and we were constantly getting knocks on the door. Next, a tea party in some kind of corridor, where other people go for a massage. We also had a visit to the aqua zone, but when we went there, we did not find a single free sunbed, or indeed any place to somehow settle down. And people were still walking and walking behind us. The mood was completely ruined and we just left. The receptionist came up at the exit, clarified everything, and when she saw how much I was upset, she tried to make it up to me. I presented a certificate for visiting the aquazone on another day.
These two points are only for the girl administrator. Overall, the impressions are terrible.

A beautiful hotel.
I did not live in it, but attended a lecture.A huge lecture hall on the 2nd floor, a gorgeous chandelier, but, unfortunately, very hard chairs.
We had lunch at the hotel, for 3+.The food was cold and absolutely not tasty, the staff worked very slowly.
The location is close to the city center.

Great hotel. Super breakfasts. It's a pity that the balconies are completely glazed. The breakfasts are varied, champagne, red/white fish and wonderful pancakes. The staff is as helpful as possible. The spa is not big, a good Jacuzzi, two Finnish saunas. Herbal tea is pleasant in the spa. I will be happy to come back again!

Combination locks on the lockers, it's hell. in my presence, three other guests were extremely unhappy with this.
When booking a spa in advance, you are not assigned a chaise longue. Everything is in fact.

While on vacation, you may encounter a situation where the spa becomes very noisy.
This is a hotel and there are guests from different countries who can afford to communicate very loudly(

A very good hotel.I would say it's a 5-minus.
Nice big rooms (but we took a suite).The location is good.Best for those with animals.Dogs are even given bowls and toys.The spa is expensive, it's easier to do it in the center.The breakfasts are identical all week.The coolest thing is the living room lounge on the 11th floor, where snacks, cheese, drinks are free.

I visited the pool and Jacuzzi, it was included in the room rate. Excellent pool, 25 by 5, approximately 110 to 140 deep. A lot of sun beds, a towel and a bathrobe are provided at the reception. The Jacuzzi is beyond praise. You can visit from 7 a.m., there are not many people who want to before lunch.

Namely, in the evening after walking around the capital of Belarus, we returned to the room, found that the bed was not made, of course we made it ourselves, but the staff obviously thought that we did it better and smoother and did not touch them ... funny and everything is clear.
