The answer is this: the tool is only from repair and if I break something there, it is unknown that the repair is at my expense, or I have to take it and buy my knives for planing and other consumables, they say the spare parts go to it for half a year and it is not profitable for them to repair this tool at their own expense and they only want to make a profit and do not invest in repairs.
