Contract No.R-31072023 was signed on July 31, 2023 for the renovation of the studio apartment with a white frame. Stage 1 of the work was completed in early September. After I transferred the second part of the payment, they stopped contacting me. Since September 13, they have not responded anywhere: neither on whatsapp, nor on telegram, nor on instagram, nor on e-mail. Terms of performance of work under the contract: 65 days after making the first part of the payment. That is, all repairs were supposed to be completed in early October. As of December 1, I simply have no information about what has been done or not done. No one has put a camera on the object, as they promise for remote control. I do not know what to do so that they at least tell me what is happening at the facility, since I am temporarily in another city.
