The doctor listened carefully , read all the statements , wrote out the appointment and recommendations .Working hours had already expired , and she was still receiving for half an hour . Thank you for your hard work and taking care of us! The center has recently been transformed , painted after renovation , the staff is polite .I recommend it!

I would like to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the quality of dental services provided to me on a paid basis in your institution.
During the initial examination of a complex tooth with pulpitis, dentist Safronenko Marina Anatolyevna at the initial stage of treatment did not fully open the tooth cavity and did not find channels for further nerve removal, put medicine and a temporary seal, with which I passed 13 days (it turned out to be in vain), waiting for the next visit to the dentist by appointment.
When I came to a secondary appointment with Elena Nikolaevna Bondarenko, a dentist (to remove a temporary seal and medication after the initial visit), waiting for my turn on the ticket, right in the corridor the doctor handed me an information consent for endodontic treatment and told me to get acquainted and sign. Studying this letter, which contained the phrases: "The doctor explained clearly", "I am informed", I began to ask questions about the guarantee after payment for the service, to which the dentist Bondarenko E.N. reacted unprofessionally and incorrectly as a specialist, advising to contact another paid clinic, where a more qualified and detailed examination would allegedly be carried out service on better equipment and with an assistant who is not in this center!!!! In my understanding, the dentist was in no way interested in providing services in this center, emphasizing that other centers have the best equipment and an assistant!!! And this is in the REPUBLICAN CENTER! As a result, the doctor refused to provide paid medical care. a service that was planned in advance in terms of time, after which I had to urgently look for another dental clinic and start treatment from the beginning (where I found out that the tooth was not even opened and the medicine and temporary filling were placed incorrectly and unprofessionally)!
Such an attitude, incompetence and unprofessionalism of dentists in the Republican Center are certainly unacceptable. Patients have the right to quality and responsible medical services.
I ask you to understand this situation and take appropriate measures in relation to these doctors and in providing paid medical services.
I hope that in the future, high-quality dental services and respectful treatment of patients will be provided!
