Spent some time there. Architecture is very different than usual libraries. Mixed atmosphere of education and history. Highly recommend to go and read books there

A wonderful place and educational space! Stylish, modern interior, there are places where you can retire with a book. Chat with friends over a cup of tea (there is a samovar). Interesting lectures and events are held.
This library is a unique place in Tashkent, the building itself is very beautiful, bright, there is even a changing room. I would like to expand the building itself more or make an extension, there is not enough space.
E-reader tickets, there are books for both children and adults in English.
The work schedule is daily until 21, attentive and polite librarians, for this special thanks to the staff and management of the library.

A library that inspires reading and instills a love of books not only for children, but also for adults. A very large selection of literature. The staff is polite and attentive.
The library's interior is not only very cozy, but also modern and classic at the same time. The interior "decoration" makes it desirable and pleasant to be in it.
Not only teenagers come here to read, but also mothers with young children. 🙂
It is also important that the location is very convenient. Plenty of parking space. And if you want to have a snack, there are many different cafes nearby and there is a place to walk.

The library is very comfortable for reading books, it smells nice, everything is clean, but there is not a big minus: sometimes books are not at all on the shelf on which they should stand. But this disadvantage is easily solved because you can ask the librarian where the book you need is. The staff is very responsive and kind, in the library itself there is a feeling that it is really built with a soul, because there is literally everything for comfortable reading: do you need to recharge your phone? There are sockets on each turn, do you need to drink? Are there vending machines with water, is it convenient to read outside? So much for the special area where there are benches and tables. If you like to read, be sure to visit this library.

Great place! We really love this library. The location is very convenient, right in the city center. It is very beautiful near the building, flowers grow and there are benches, urns everywhere. The library building itself is also very beautiful, apparently ancient. They enroll in the library for free, they are allowed to take home up to three books. There are several departments inside, a huge selection of children's books, books in Uzbek
There are books in other languages, there is a computer room, a storage room, a reading room. It is always clean, neat, there are coolers. There are many places to sit with a book, you can even go out into the courtyard. You can also buy coffee or drinks on site. For me, the only disadvantage is a small number of adult books (novels, fiction, fiction) in Russian, you can find anything for a child, but I couldn't find many books for myself.

An amazing concept. I want to be indoors. Wonderful zoning of the premises. But the library itself is very poorly structured. Rubin stands next to Plato's "state". I had a specific request for a certain genre. I was sent to a wall with fiction, where all genres and eras are mixed up. There are encyclopedias for adults on the shelf with children's English literature. And the staff is not very responsive.

Perhaps the best place for family leisure with children in Tashkent 😍 The selection of books is admirable (especially in English) and is constantly being updated! On weekends, all kinds of cultural and educational events are held - master classes, lectures, concerts, etc.

A very cool library on C1. There are a lot of different literature, classics, art, encyclopedias and even collections of comics. I often go there with friends, there are books for absolutely any reader. All books are in good condition, available in 3 languages. You can take books with you for 10 days and everything is absolutely free, I advise and recommend this library to everyone.

One of the most beautiful places in Tashkent, with several halls, a coworking area, and a courtyard. There is a huge selection of books, there is an assembly hall where events are held. And everything is completely free. A wonderful restoration project.

I really like the library, we go with the child to read there and take books home. It's very cozy there. On the downside, there are a lot of people (sometimes they seem to come just to sit somewhere), the dressing room is crowded. And the books, there are very good books, but they are already in a deplorable state.

It's a great place. A historic building with elegant architecture and thoughtful design.
A unique place that is difficult to meet. It surprised me very much in a good way.

The range of books is not small, there are many modern books in different languages for different ages. Different spaces where everyone can find a place in silence to read a book or work out on the computer.
Admission is free. Without registration.
The toilets are clean.
