A lovely hotel 250 meters from the sea, spacious rooms, clean, cozy. Balconies in every room including the ground floor. Varied meals at the restaurant in a separate building. Additionally, kebabs, trout, wine, chacha, draft beer. There is a swimming pool on site in the summer. There is a children's playground. The whole area is surrounded by greenery and flowers. The hospitable hosts of the hotel will help with various questions.
I recommend that everyone who is going to visit hospitable Abkhazia spend their holidays.
during the spring and summer season at the Apsny Residence Hotel.

If you are planning a vacation in hospitable Abkhazia in spring or summer, feel free to choose the Apsny Residence! We had a family vacation last summer and more than once before. The hotel is located 5 minutes from the sea — close, convenient, as dreamed of. The territory is beautifully decorated with flowers, creating a feeling of comfort and relaxation for the soul. The rooms are spacious and clean, which is nice. In summer, there is a swimming pool on site, and a playground is provided for children — everyone is busy, everyone is having fun. Meals are served in a separate restaurant building: there is a large selection, you definitely won't stay hungry. Additionally, kebabs, fresh trout, homemade wine and chacha are an ideal evening set. The hotel owners and staff are responsive, attentive, and will always help you sort out any questions. Excursions are also provided. This place is definitely worth your attention if you want a combination of nature, comfort and delicious food.

We rested for 8 nights with a child.
Overall, the hotel experience is better than I thought.
The location, in my opinion, is ideal for families with children. We were given a room on the 1st floor (windows facing the backyard). There was no noise. The music in the evening came from somewhere far away.
There were no noisy Drunks on the territory of the hotel.
the contingent was decent.
There is a small swimming pool, slide, swing on the territory.
Breakfasts were included-we ate with a child one for two-super. We often took lunches and dinners (the complex is large. We even took one for two with my mother and ate too much). The taste is normal, the main thing is that you don't seem to get poisoned.
We also ate by the sea in a cafe-it's fine. I liked the blue Sea the most.
Someone here recommended Amshin-we lay with poisoning for a day after him. We took homemade wine (we didn't drink a full sip-it's not clear what turned sour), as well as meat and fish-it sucks. The meat was impossible to chew.
Meat and fish could also be ordered on the territory of our hotel. We took cold smoked trout (350p per piece)-perfect.
The water was mostly warm or hot. It was barely warm for a couple of days-the child was screaming how cold it was.
Now to the cons:
1. The main thing is our administrator Varvara. She communicated with everyone through her teeth and with such a face that once again we did not ask her anything. The latter even ordered excursions elsewhere. She wasn't rude about anything, but you can be more talkative and tell the guests all the information you need.
2. The most offensive and unpleasant thing. The child vomited on the sheets in the room after dinner (at their place, by the way). There was a watermelon for dinner. It's red. We went to ask for a new sheet, took the old one and began to listen to what they say if it does not wash off, we will pay (when checking in, everyone leaves a deposit-we had 3000). And at the eviction, the same laundress came running and said that the sheets were washed off, but she was still looking for something to find fault with and proved to us that the child had eaten berries, so the sheet was red. She screamed and said that, say thank you, we did not withhold the deposit from you.
3. As for the deposit, when I was evicted, I was told that we would refund you within a day. I said that we need to return the deposit now upon eviction, and not on a kind word, it is unclear when. They returned it through their teeth.
4. The room has not been cleaned once! Not once! Again, upon eviction, it turned out that they had to be asked to clean leaving the room key at the reception (which of course no one warned us about when checking in).
5. A dead scorpion was seen on the territory (it is more careful to run on the grass with children).
6. They never took out the trash or brought toilet paper, respectively. Wet bedding was made upon check-in.
7. Be prepared for mosquitoes in the room and on the territory in the evening. Take the raptor (these are nuances).
To summarize, I would like to say that the hotel itself is not bad (there are excellent employees in the dining room), good location. But the staff... that's the only reason we're not coming back here anymore.
