We were in July for 11 days. We lived in a Family cottage. The territory is gorgeous, everything is in colors, clean. The beach is clean, but there are a lot of strangers coming who took places in the shade. Thanks to those who gave us and carried deck chairs behind us to the place where we asked. There have been a lot of paid umbrellas since the morning. But we found a place to put our own.
I liked the fact that boats and scooters did not rush over the heads of floating people and did not stink of gasoline. There was a separate place for them on the other side of the pier. The pier is nice, a beautiful cafe on the beach, especially in the evening with lighting and music. But the food in this cafe is tasteless. Well done animators! The children were entertained heartily.
The cottage has its own large green lawn, we really liked it.
But I didn't like the service at all.
It was stated that the cottage has a stove and it is possible to cook food.
That's what we were trying to achieve on arrival on the first day. The stove was not working, there were no pots, pans, soup plates, and a teapot. They called, achieved, and brought everything gradually. Let's go to the beach - the lock in the door does not close, my husband fixed it himself so as not to waste time. On the first day, I couldn't wait to plunge into the water. In the evening, it turned out that the TV was not working. They called. Fixed it.
Before going to bed, they began to wash in the bathtub, the water flowed down to the floor and into the bedroom. A plumber was called in the morning. He explained that this is how the bathtub works. There is no curtain, it does not fit against the wall, water flows onto the floor. They gradually adapted and began to wipe away this flood.
But the price for this cottage is 28600 soms per day!!!
Cleaning is carried out only upon request. So we decided to order this cleaning on the 5th day. It would be better not to do this ...
First, wait a long time, then 1 maid came and cleaned the 2-storey cottage alone, I had to not go to the beach and wait. But the biggest surprise was waiting for us later.
I asked the maid to change the towels. She took 6 large ones, brought back 4. And we didn't pay attention.
But we couldn't prove it when we left. The guy at the reception told me that we took their towels to the beach and lost them there!!!!
My husband and I have been traveling to Issyk Kul for 36 years. We're carrying grandchildren now. We've been to a lot of places. We have never seen such rudeness. But to offend us like that...
I felt physically ill from frustration, and the road ahead was not close to us with the children, so I paid 2,400 soms for 2 washed towels, which we did not take and left.
Of course, the rest was ruined, the mood was terrible. So, keep in mind who is going here. What is the money to pay for? Just for the beauty of the territory?

We enjoyed spending two nights in this hotel, very comfortable and convenient. Beautiful houses on a large territory of the complex and a large hotel. The breakfasts are delicious. The entire territory is surrounded by beautiful roses, thuja and fruit and walnut trees. Access to the wonderful Issyk-Kul. It is very beautiful and sound, pleasing to the eye and soul.

A simple Soviet-style, shabby hotel, but large spacious cottages on a very beautiful and well-maintained territory, the food is simple, the choice is not great but quite tasty, the staff is excellent fast and polite, a cool big beach. In my opinion, in such a cool place, it is necessary to develop a tourism service and people will queue there! An excellent beautiful lake and the highest majestic mountains, like a haze, you can see the snow-capped peaks of the thousandth. I recommend those who have not discovered Kyrgyzstan for themselves! The hotel fully lives up to its name. It was as if someone had laid out a wonderful blooming garden among the mountains and the desert. It's a great place. Clean, cozy. Beautiful territory: clean and well maintained. Green lawns, roses, birches-everything is as in the picture. Nice beach, sun beds, awnings, trash cans. The beach is sand. There are several playgrounds, on the beach there is an inflatable slide of 100 som for 15 minutes. There are services for riding all sorts of things. There are 2 restaurants on site, they cook better on site than on the beach (except pizza, everything is not delicious) They only took breakfast. They are monotonous, sometimes everything is cold but delicious. There are pastries and fruits. Lunch costs 1100 SOM, dinner 1000. There is a shop, a pharmacy, an exchanger on site (the exchange rate is 0.88 in the city of 0.90) prices are slightly more expensive than in Cholpon-Ata. The houses have 2 floors. On the 1st floor there are 3 bedrooms, 2 toilets, 1 toilet combined with a bathroom, it has a bathtub, the other just a shower. There is a hair dryer, iron, ironing board, dryer, broom with a dustpan, microwave, refrigerator, kettle. There is a fireplace in the hall. A minimum set of dishes (plates, cups, glasses, glasses, cutlery, knife, bottle opener). They provide a barbecue. The house has parking, a balcony, a terrace in front of the house and a patio. There are not enough hooks for things at the entrance, it is not convenient to carry everything in the closet on the 2nd floor. Now it's a fly in the ointment))) Of course, something needs to be repaired in the houses. In the 1st cottage, the underfloor heating in the hall and the light on the 2nd floor did not work. The light was then made, but the light bulbs in the hall partially burned out))))16 And the ceiling in the hall leaks if you wash in the bathroom from above.There is a fur coat in the refrigerator, as on the mountain ranges in Karakol, it is not clear with cleaning, we live for 5 days, we take out the garbage ourselves, no one has come to clean yet.Today I asked the reception to clean the room. After about 30 minutes, the maid came, the rooms are cleaned only if someone is in the room. I washed the floor and that's it! She did not take out the garbage, did not clean the plumbing, carpet and furniture, She also asked me to replace the towels, it was suggested that I collect them myself and hand them over to her. Despite the fact that we booked a cottage from 19-27.08, they somehow managed to sell it and we had to move to the next one. For this, we were promised a refund for an early check-in. The money was beaten out with a fight for 2 days.

The hotel is located on the shore of Issyk-Kul, the sandy shore, there are a lot of people on the berg, it seemed that the whole of Central Asia had gathered. Breakfast is portioned, meager. The rooms have a minimum set of economy class furniture, but there is a refrigerator and an electric kettle.

They lived in the main building. The windows overlooked both the mountains and the lake. The view is gorgeous.
We took a ticket with breakfast, so we decided to have dinner at the hotel restaurant on the first evening, it turned out to be very expensive even at Moscow prices, so we did not have lunch or dinner at the hotel anymore. The coffee was really fragrant at dinner.
Breakfasts are meager, you can eat, but generally without frills, just the very minimum (the second half of August).
A gorgeous beach, there are always empty seats right by the water in the morning.
A large landscaped area.
We used the services of the medical center twice, both times we had positive impressions.

A great place for a family vacation with friends. There are a lot of greenery and flowers on the territory of the hotel, everything is well maintained and clean. The beach is great. There are 2 tennis courts, a basketball court and 2 beach volleyball courts. In the rental center, you can take a completely normal sport. Inventory. There is a fitness area.
The beach is well maintained, there is a lot of space for games and recreation.
The hotel has 2 swimming pools (indoor and outdoor).
The staff is polite and courteous. Rooms - nothing superfluous, without unnecessary farce (as in a sanatorium).

Comfortably. But the food service does not stand up to any criticism. The hotel is half empty, the food is constantly running out. But it's cooked delicious. The choice is very small. There is no water in the rooms, only paid during the opening hours of the bar downstairs. We arrived late in the evening - everything is already closed. I had to boil tap water.
Cleaning the room only if you ask.
The linen has never been replaced in 4 days.
To wash in the bathroom only while sitting, the shower stretches 50 centimeters out of it. The trouble with water is that there has never been a normal pressure in the water supply for 5 days.

We rested in the month of August. There were 10 other people with me, and believe me, our reviews match. I'll start with a good one. Green territory and clean sand by the lake (the lake is clean, but this is not the merit of the Caprice hotel)
We lived in cottages- normally, we hardly knocked out cleaning (we had to call the reception 5 times), carpet cleaning with a broom ... in general, cleaning is so-so.
The administration is well done - they smile and always say we will solve everything - in fact, knock out and ask the same thing 10 times and yes, it may be decided.
Food: in the main building, when ordering good-priced dishes, it even happened to be delicious, the Kyrgyz only know how to cook fish and meat, and then according to the mood. Tip 20 percent of the cost))) prices are Moscow , but it tastes better in Moscow )
The cafe on the shoreline is not delicious. A tip of 20 percent is included in the receipt.
We left early in the morning, they didn't come to us (although we called 2 cottages in advance and agreed And called early in the morning too - they didn't pick up the phone) and we didn't rent the cottage. We had a rest for the third year in a row. It gets worse and worse every year.
Since this year, the rooms are cleaned only upon request at the reception. The phone in the room was not working.
A conference was held in the main building, it did not interfere with the day as a whole, a family with a small child was placed in the opposite wing. but! By some incomprehensible logic, at the end of their stay, they decided to arrange a disco at 22 o'clock and not somewhere on the beach, where there is a great tent for this, but in the main building with open windows and doors to the entire building! Music and people shouted until 1 a.m.!!
The kitchen, referring to the conference, could not cope and it was impossible to have dinner or drink tea with dessert in the evening due to the absence of more than half of the menu and the complete absence of desserts. Boorsoki!! even by pre-order (the waiter recommended doing this), they refused to do it from lunch to evening!!
Their favorite tea was sea buckthorn and herbal, for some reason they decided to do it with lemon (half a lemon for a teapot!!) - you drink stupidly sour and from the delicious tea earlier there was not a gram of taste

A better place. We stayed in the cottage, of course it already requires attention, but in general it is not bad. Towels and shampoo were in the room, there was no disposable toothbrush and slippers.
The food is not exactly a huge choice, but during the 4 days we rested there, there were no complaints. There is oatmeal for breakfast, but there are no cheesecakes, but there are pancakes))
In the middle of September, we swam in Issyk-Kud, the water is already cool, but you can swim. The air is fresh and around the mountain ..... Beauty!

I really liked the hotel, the beach, the restaurant on the beach. but! I didn't like the restaurant in the multi-storey building. First, the waiter listens to what we want. It brings (oh, horror!) soup soup with chicken. There was no chicken, instead of broth - boiled water, there were no potatoes, noodles like from a Doshirak without greens, carrots were rubbed. The dish is squared, we waited. Over-salted! Maybe it was because of the sauce or I do not know.
A day later, again in the evening, we went to a restaurant. I ordered an Olivier salad with beef (which my friend later told me - "Olivier does not work in the restaurant"), and a dish with salmon. At the same time, I specified 300 grams, is it salmon or with a side dish. To which the waitress said that the weight of the salmon. I ordered it. And a chicken breast for the child. The salad is decorated with small black pepper, this is one time. The peas turned out to be oak, there was no meat, and there was a gram of mayonnaise. I refused, take it away. The next one is salmon. The salmon was half with bones. The weight was well, a maximum of 70 grams! And a lot of rice! And the child was given a chicken breast! which was cooked for soup. Wooden breast! The taste is not the same. So also the chicken breast is like CHEWING GUM.
I recommend a restaurant on the beach! We ordered kebabs with vegetables. The meat melts in your mouth, the salad is great.

The rooms are good, but the condition of the furniture on the floor on the second floor is terrible. The doors on the cabinets and chest of drawers are skewed when opened, it seems that everything will fall apart. The floor in the room creaks and the closet shakes (although maybe it's just us lucky and in others the furniture is changed). And they promised a double bed, but it was not at the reception, they said that they were not there in principle. When contacting those services, the reaction was lightning fast in the evening, the light bulb did not work, we turned in 10 minutes, the electrician was with us and the time was 9 p.m. The breakfasts are normal in assortment and quality, but the time is given only 1.5 hours and therefore there is a battle for food, the families are large and the food disappears from the distribution very quickly, there is not enough and it does not work to stand and wait around the crowd, so they went to a cafe outside the territory. The beach is excellent, there are enough sun loungers for an additional fee, you can take an umbrella and put it where necessary, the restaurant on the beach is 5 points, the territory is 5+. Sports for 5+ there are courts and even a playground for classic volleyball.

We stayed at this hotel from May 22-23, 2024. Upon check-in, we were informed that the electricity was not working - neither to wash nor to go to the toilet. There is no Internet either (this is an important point for me, since I work remotely). The lack of electricity was explained by the fact that preparations for the season are underway and work is being carried out on the territory. Why this should bother the guests who have paid the full amount for accommodation and all the declared amenities is unclear. Next, we were given a room on the 4th floor. Since the elevator was also not working, we had to carry heavy suitcases up 4 flights. Why couldn't we have thought about the comfort of the guests in advance? The hotel is not so densely populated due, again, to the off-season.
We booked a 2-room room. Because the one-room rooms in this hotel have a combined bathroom with another room. In the photo where we booked, there was a bedroom and a living room with a sofa. As a result, there are 2 separate beds in two rooms. The room itself is old. The furniture is cheap. A bathroom without a shower, namely with a bathtub, where the faucet does not extend to the level of your height. So if you want to wash your hair, you need to do it humbly sitting on your knees.
The only thing I liked about the room were pillows, blankets and mattresses.
Next is the restaurant. He is the only one in the territory. The menu is as meager as possible, and half of what is offered is missing. We took meat on a roaster with vegetables (for some reason I was sure that there would be just meat on coals and vegetables, but this is my omission), brought meat with vegetables in a hot frying pan. Everything was floating in so much oil that it would be enough for several dishes.
The selection of wines is very small. But the price tag for both wines and restaurants is very cheerful. The service charge is 20%. We ate for 8000 something, and the result was 10,000. We ate and drank the same amount at the most expensive restaurant in Beshkek. It is unclear where such pricing comes from. The breakfasts are meager.
I am pleased with the large and beautiful territory. A beach with views and very clean, clear water. The beach is sandy.

Of the 9 chairs in our toanhouse, there was not one of the same!!! All the furniture is made of different sets! Some of the furniture is just broken. Three bathrooms, but for some reason only one had gel and shampoo. The most important thing is that there is no washing machine in the house - this is just nonsense! Apparently, it was assumed that a large family would be erased in Issyk-Kul :)

Advantages: close to the lake, private beach and green area
Cons: shabby room, weak Wi-Fi, no night lights in the room, music is almost around the clock and loud in the main restaurant (the windows are just on it), the lights were turned off 3 times in 11 days (2 times for an hour and a half), a meager breakfast, an empty plate in the room-for money, waiters in you can wait for 20 minutes in a tent on the beach, call and no one will come anyway, animation for children was finished on August 21, although the season is until August 31, the indoor pool was given over to training and only time for lunch and dinner was left for the guests, the outdoor pool was lowered and not poured for 4 days, the beach is dirty, smoking who wants where.

Lovely hotel, very beautiful grounds. We lived in a cottage, large and spacious. Cleaning every other day. The food in the restaurants is delicious-especially in the Kapriz Restaurant, it's a little worse on the beach. The prices are acceptable. The beach is pass-free, only for guests and owners of the hotel. A lot of people on weekends. The beach is clean, animation for children all day long. I recommend it!

The only plus is a very beautiful and well-maintained territory. The rest are solid disadvantages:
1. Constant noise, drunken shouting and hubbub at night. All the windows of the main building overlook the restaurant, which is open until 23, but in fact drunk companies sit there half the night, because of this it is absolutely impossible to sleep. I can't imagine how families with children live here. I will note the fact that there are no air conditioners in any room, either in the main building or in the cottages, respectively, closing the windows is not an option, otherwise you will suffocate all night. In general, either take earplugs with you, or drink all night) It's the same song in the cottages: the companies there are screaming all night, you can hear it all over the territory. Management, apparently, does not care about this, they do not make any efforts to observe the silence regime - so that everyone can relax comfortably: both drinking comrades and those who love silence. Moreover, both the reception and the restaurant fill in that they allegedly approached them and sent guards - in fact, no!! When I went down myself at one-thirty in the morning to ask the company to go inside the restaurant or at least behave more quietly, it turned out that no one approached them at all and did not say that they were bothering someone!!
2. They paid 10900 for a double with breakfast. The room is already battered, with worn carpet, there is no shower cabin - there is a bathtub without any curtain and a shower holder: wash, dear guests, holding a shower head in your hands and pouring everything around) An absolute discrepancy between price and quality. There is no sound insulation - you can hear the rustle of a package outside the door)
3. There is no Wi-Fi in the room, you will not be able to work. The restaurant also depends on the time, in the evening nothing is loaded at all.
4. Breakfast is poor. That is, it is normal for a motel on the M4 highway, but for a hotel with such prices and positioning, it is a disgrace. Instant coffee only. Everything is the cheapest. We visit Kyrgyzstan regularly - we have never seen worse food, usually everything is fine here with this. The menu order is normal food, average prices. But: 15% service is already included in the bill, and only 4% of this goes to the waiters. A whim, it's a shame! You either give the staff an honest% for the service, or do not include it in the bill so that the guests leave tips and the waiters can earn something. And the waiters, by the way, are nice and friendly. Why are you doing this to them?
Judging by similar reviews on various resources, the owners of the Caprice are not interested in the dissatisfaction of guests, because there are few similar recreation centers on the shore of Issyk-Kul and demand exceeds supply, they have a full load in the season and so on. We will not return here anymore and will not recommend it to others, because we know alternative options, I will not write which ones so that they will not be considered advertising.
In general, we are waiting for investments in new accommodation facilities in Issyk-Kul, then the existing CO will inevitably have to work on quality in order not to lose customers
