I really didn't like the attitude of the guards and the manager in the hall today. I wanted to buy boots for my mother, after sending her a photo. At the same time, a female employee stood next to her, saw the process of photographing a pair of boots, and said nothing. And the guard, who came up later, rudely and abruptly, without explaining anything beforehand, began to force you to pay a fine, which, if charged for a photo in the store, is illegal!!! The staff's attitude towards the client was very rude in this case! And if the store values its customers, then we have lost one plus all my family and close friends. Although in this attitude, I do not think that you value your customers.
