It looks like great shoes. But as soon as I bought shoes, I decided to carry a little at home, my feet feel like they are in wooden sandals. The seam also immediately began to diverge. The product could not be returned, they said there was a small sock mark on the sole, although he did not even wear shoes on the street (and sock marks were most likely formed because they were often tried on in the store).

Well, I became a victim of terrible shoes from this company. Winter boots made of leather (let's believe it's leather), bought on December 2. And now, on January 20, after walking the dog, I came home and saw that my heel had come off. A little more than a month and a half of socks! Some kind of anti-record. They cost 240 rubles (239, to be precise, but we all know this trick with the price, where one ruble or even a penny is missing to a round sum). I read reviews before buying about the company "Respect", saw bad responses, but did not figure it out and thought that "Respect" was the name of the store, and not this creepy company that had collected a bunch of negative reviews on its tail. And only now, holding the documents, I see the same logo I know on the business card... On the day of purchase, it turned out in the store that I had left money at home. It was probably a sign of fate - DON'T COME HERE! And I went home, took the money, and came back to buy my shoes. Now, on my day off, I'm going to drive through half the city again to get my shoes back.

How is that possible?? Do you expect the store to be at the train station, the customer will get on the train and leave? Not respect for you, but shame!
