Terrible hotel!!! I have to stop at this diner when I was passing through Balkhash, I was with a child. The rooms are tubby, mushrooms are apparently grown in the shower stalls, more and more every year! The kitchen is a separate story, we went to order food, the waiter accepted the order, after a while he came up and said that the chefs had already changed their clothes and were leaving, the kitchen was closed. Maybe it's for the best, because that year they brought us a salad with concelar gum, apparently it was a compliment from the cook! Drive past this rotten, squalid place!

I read the reviews, almost everyone praises, it feels like either the people who praise themselves do not respect themselves at all, or the reviews are fake. And now the truth. The hotel became the bottom. It's even scary to go into the shower because of an incomprehensible plaque and mold in the corners. There are some crumbs and other debris on the bedspread. If you can connect Wi-Fi, consider the day a success. I arrived with my child after 6 hours on the road along the ever-building highway between Karaganda and Balkhash. Tired and hungry. But instead of dinner at 9.30 pm, I heard that the chefs were going home and the kitchen no longer accepts orders. They offered to order from some institution. Seriously? It is also called a "hotel". If you are going to this hotel, it is better to stock up on food, slates, clean bed linen and top up your phone balance so that there is Internet. Good luck to everyone.
