The place is very beautiful, they celebrated their birthday there, it was very beautiful and atmospheric, but even then the service was confused: the table was booked 12 days in advance, as a result, on day X they said that there was no reservation, but fortunately there was a place (and if there was not? Is your birthday ruined?), the waiters behaved extremely strangely, I have never met this before, remarks slipped by: well, you will do something else (at the same time, the waiter leaned his whole body against the fence). When we came the second time, the waitress literally grabbed the plates, while we had just finished, + a cat ran onto the veranda, which jumped on the sofas (of course, I understand, the restaurant is probably pat friendly, but it's one thing when people come with vaccinated animals that these people are watching but when stray animals run in, it is unsanitary (the feeling that you are sitting on the veranda in the batki)). The administration didn't care, the girls were sitting and taking selfies. So it turns out, a swing for a ruble (a very beautiful place and views, a good kitchen), a blow for a penny (service and attitude to visitors) I'm not sure we'll come again.

I've been there many times, one of the few establishments that makes Rare roast steak. Pizzas, although on fire, are still at the level of other Gomel establishments and, unfortunately, do not look like Italian ones. Artichokes were removed from topping - it's sad. But these are my personal wishes, everything else is at a high level: the staff is not annoying, but also does not slow down. The interior is beautiful. Here you can relax as a family or in couples. The overall impression is 8.5 out of 10)

Cuisine: appetizers and salads are still very good, but what are the second courses anyway? Bland, not appetizing, the food is cold. And the most interesting thing is the service. The question of the administration: how do you teach the maintenance service? When we made a remark to the waitress, she gave ATTENTION: And what's the big deal, it's a lunch she prepares earlier, it's okay. As a result, I sat for 15 minutes while my friend ate, and then turned around. Just an unprecedented rudeness! She did not even apologize for her mistake, but began to snap back with a nasty grin. The administrator Irina also did not answer us anything intelligible, did not apologize, but it is not clear why she asked again what we told her. Ekaterina has already managed to complain to her about the visitors)))In general, it's a complete trash. The entire staff needs to be completely changed and trained in high-quality service, so that the institution would correspond to its status and price list. It's a shame to keep such employees in such a wonderful institution. I would really like the management to take this into account.
