Everything is fine, and the food, and inside, and the staff. But there is one girl at karaoke who breaks all the rules. People can't sing, the queue does not reach, because the singer is ordered out of turn in the main by her friend who sits next to her at a table every evening. Then even if you pay, after 1 song they promise to sing for a fee, and you paid, but they still don't let you sing, her friends sing, acquaintances, or who will pay her more. And it doesn't matter that I paid first for 5 songs in advance. In 3 hours, I was able to sing 2-3 paid songs, and for free I'm generally silent. He swore repeatedly. Everything is useless. Her other replacement, Daria, that girl is honest and decent. They all sing evenly. The owner should think about this particular person, whether it is worth keeping her in this beautiful institution. Everything is fine there, only at this moment. I have videos that I shot all of, and will soon post them in my groups and distribute them. It's just a kapets and not an employee. She clearly earns more money herself than she rents to the owner!)

Very cozy place with a view of the square, a large selection of cocktail sets.The waiters are very friendly guys.AND EVERYTHING!!!!!!I've been to the restaurant more than once and unfortunately only on the veranda , in the fall I want to go inside and have fun at karaoke.
The range of cuisines is standard, in addition there are various alcohol, hookah , Asian cuisine.

I was there only 2 times in 2022 and in February 2023, the first time everything was fine, we celebrated a birthday with a big company, there are no questions about the food, everything is quite tasty, about the cleanliness of the place, last time everything was at a decent level,but not this time, initially my attention was in the hall attracted by the smell of dirty sweaty feet after they changed the table, the smell disappeared but a dirty sofa appeared and after it a couple of drunk men who began to cling, did not develop a conflict, just wanted to leave this place faster, after paying the bill they sat and waited for the change, but it was never brought (I always leave tipping the waiters, but just not bringing the change is arrogance)
Bottom line:I will definitely not return there again, and if I order food, I will give it for calculation)

I didn't like the place...from the word at all. The staff slows down, when ordering, they cannot immediately answer questions about the ingredients of the dishes, they begin to get lost. The taste qualities of the ordered product clearly do not correspond to the pricing policy. The atmosphere on the day of the visit is depressing, it feels like there are sleepy flies around. You'd better go somewhere else.

The horror! There is no kitchen! Alcohol is expensive, three times more expensive than in the store! The guests noted that they were all shocked by the waitress at the end of the evening, from her demonstration that she was left with little tip. We haven't seen this anywhere else, how demonstratively she opened and began to arrange a concert like, what did you leave me? After that, she left and immediately burst into tears, I had to leave another 500 rubles so that the person would not cry! They gave me a cup from the institution in honor of my birthday! But we didn't even take it! They left it! Not pleasant, impudent service! We do not recommend anyone to celebrate birthdays there! All the guests are just terrified! There are no words...

Our company did not have a chance to be in this institution for long.
And the reason for this is not the mediocre situation with an average level of neatness and cleanliness, not the disgusting voice of a young man who was singing a song about the "seed of the Slavs" in the karaoke room, but the following situation:
Continuing to celebrate others, we also came here, in the number of 6 people (the 3rd were sober), in order to leave some money for dinner and hookah.
But as soon as we sat down at 2 combined tables, which the administrator had previously indicated to us, the lid of one of the tables fell into our lap. They barely managed to catch ceramic napkin holders and salt shakers. We kindly showed the waiter who came after a while that the lid was not screwed to their legs and fell as soon as you put your elbows on it from either side.
What does the administration usually do in such situations? Apologizing? Changing the table? Does he ask you to move to another one? Does he give you free tea as a compliment?
There is a different service here - after 5 minutes, a guard came up to us and asked us all to leave the institution. To the logical question - "Why?", he replied, "Because you just came in, and already broke the furniture!". And even when I gathered the administrator, several guards and waiters around me, proving to them that the table does not have screws with which it should be bolted and that they are not torn out, not broken - THEY SIMPLY DO NOT EXIST, even on the floor, the whole crowd nodded, but insisted that "everyone has to you had a normal table, but you see it's broken!".
I suggested that they look at the situation on the cameras, to which the guard immediately reacted with a memorized script - "only the police have the right to demand camera recordings!". I clarified that I do not require recordings, but suggest that they watch them themselves, so as not to stipulate the company of decent people. To this, n and one of the 5 people did not find what to answer, they simply remained silent, the situation went beyond the established pattern.
But there is also a positive moment: when we were getting dressed, I threw the phrase to the girl administrator - "I did not think that when I returned to my hometown, I would encounter such a collective farm in the center," to which she clarified whether I had previously lived in Donetsk? "Yes, before the war I was born and always lived here," to which she replied:
"Well, now Russia is here! Now there's shit all around! Get used to it!"
This phrase could not help but cheer us up with laughter and exclamations of "Glory to Ukraine!" we left the institution "without drinking salt" :)
