They have people who can sell you and quit in a week, then they throw you another manager who doesn't care about you. After you have transferred all the money for the apartment, they put a bolt on you. What you sign in the contract is Filkin's letter, nothing is fulfilled in the contract. For them, the main thing is to lure you and take money from you and that's it. I'm telling my story about how this office sold me an apartment. I found them on the Internet , then the manager contacted me and started telling me everything in colorful and exorbitant prices for which you can then rent an apartment or resell . I bought into it and started thinking about buying an apartment, this manager started constantly calling and telling stories about the apartment that it was the best and everything would be great and he was always in touch. As a result, I decided to buy an apartment at the end of 2022 and transferred the money, after the purchase, this manager quit. And I was given another manager who didn't care about me. As a result, I started coming to the facility, the 10th floor was built and no one was engaged in construction. I started asking the manager what's the matter? And is everything okay? and he began to calm me down under various pretexts and I trusted him . During this period, when no one has built the facility so far, I thought to issue a power of attorney for RestProperty so that after completion of construction they would rent an apartment for me, because it was easier for me and I am not in Turkey all the time. The manager did not start to dissuade from this idea, because he did not care and apparently this company wanted to cash in on this and as a result I issued a power of attorney 1 year has passed and no one has started to finish building. As a result, the manager writes to me and says the construction company does not want to finish building the object, you need to sue them. There were no apologies for such stress, for the time, and for the money paid for the apartment and the power of attorney. No payments , no compensation under the contract , which clearly states that if the construction is delayed , payment is made every month . The company has not done anything. After you transferred the money for the apartment, YOU are NO one and THERE WILL BE NO HELP. Now there are many people who have purchased apartments through this office, have now hired a lawyer and are suing. Once again, do not buy apartments through this office and do not make mistakes.

Caution! Scammers! We purchased an apartment in Avsallar through restproperty and realtor Ilmira, from the infamous KNE yapi. The house was planned to be surrendered in March 2023, it is still not completed and is not going to be completed. As it seemed, the developer paid commissions of 20 percent to realtors. The realtors of this company absolutely do not care which fraudulent project or illiquid to sell to you, they are only interested in the amount of the commission. It is not an easy task to return funds through the court, the cost of a lawyer's services is sky-high. Contracts are concluded without a notary, in fact, this is Filkin's letter. I highly recommend not contacting this company, for your money they will give you a project where you will lose all your invested funds. All other reviews are usually fake. Don't get fooled!
