The washing machine drained the water, and did not wash, I decided to contact this company.
The masters arrived, said that the problem was in the electronics, and the car needed to be picked up. The price starts from 28 thousand for repairs.
I decided to leave her and call those who are engaged in electronics to the house. As a result, the masters asked to pay them 2500 rubles for diagnostics.
The day before, I talked with the operator Anna, I clarified what the price would be if the master revealed a malfunction, but we will not continue the repair. Anna replied that it would cost 490 rubles. But the masters showed their price list where the price is 2500!!! They did not want to leave until they were paid, they were told to call the office (no one answered the phone in the office all day). I had to pay (in cash).
When the master from another company arrived, he said that the problem was not in the electronics, but that it was necessary to extend the hose and lift it, now everything is working, and it cost 1000 rubles, and the masters from this company incorrectly installed the malfunction and also received 2500 for it.
I am writing a review here, as no one is answering my calls and emails.

Many thanks to Arthur and Alexey for resurrecting our beloved assistant, the old lady Electrolux (16 years old). I studied reviews of repair companies for 3 days and chose Rewash. I didn't lose it! Hooray - I didn't have to buy a new washing machine!!! Now washing is a joy - the car stands as if poured at maximum speed, it has never stood like this)
