I used the services of this store, as the tiles according to the design project are sold only here. The tile was delivered relatively quickly, a month after the order. My biggest mistake was that I didn't check the order, relying on the store's designers and consultants. It turned out that the wood tile had an ornament and a pattern that fits in a chaotic manner. Which I wasn't warned about. This tile had to be handed over. At the same time, the store's consultant behaved slightly defiantly and the conversation was from the category of "her own fault".
Further, when they started laying tiles, it turned out that one model was not enough, literally for one box, and the second model had an extra 2.5 boxes. I ordered the missing box on November 2. The consultant warned that due to the small volume, the tile would not be delivered quickly. But according to the contract, there are 60 calendar days. At the end of December, the consultant started saying that my order was too small and because of the weekend at the factory, the tile would probably be picked up on January 10th (although I'm not very sure that the weekend in Italy coincides with the weekend in Russia) and it would be in Minsk in a few weeks. I consider this a violation of contractual obligations, which the store does not care about at all.
As a result, I can say that the tiles and the rest of the products are beautiful and the cost is naturally above average, but the customer orientation is worse than in Ceramics. I think the level of service provision should be at the proper level in any case, and not what I had to face.
I hope that another conversation between the management and the employees of this store will lead to an improvement in the quality of service.
