We came to Kazakhstan for a few days with a child. We've finally found an amazing game room! Two zones for different ages, a separate zone with culinary MK, separately - for creative MK, the animator takes children. The whole space is stylish, it is clear that we worked with a good designer. Food - yes, the prices are Moscow, but delicious. The staff is on the level, but there are very good staff everywhere in Kazakhstan

To be honest, I didn't expect to be so disappointed with the service of this restaurant. We planned our holiday six months in advance and chose Ribambelle for the event, but on the day of the holiday everything turned into a failure. I was ashamed in front of the guests for the service that the restaurant provided.
Even during planning, we agreed with the manager on all the details, where it was said that at 17:00 the table would be fully set.
However, in reality everything was terrible.
The waiters were not organized, the snacks were placed randomly, a couple of important items from the menu were completely forgotten! They just forgot our menu. Imagine forgetting the menu for the VIP lounge! As a result, the guests who arrived on time saw an empty table, which was replenished a little bit until 17:30.
It was even worse with the hot dish: we were informed that we had to tell the waiters the word "start" in advance so that it would be served. Which we were told about only half an hour after the arrival of the guests. I just think that when you hold events in such places, you want to completely relax and unwind, and the administrator should already monitor such moments, and seeing that all our guests have gathered (and they gathered at 16:15) immediately cook hot. At least at least you could have come up at the beginning and told us to tell them when to start with the hot one. As a result, another hour of waiting.
The receptionist ignored us all evening and came up only at the end with the question: "Did you like everything?" No, you didn't like it. You ruined our party and put me in an awkward position in front of the guests.
The only plus is the children's program. My daughter was delighted, and that was the only thing that kept me from a scandal.
We spent six months preparing, but we got a disregard, chaos and an empty table on an important day for us. I do not advise anyone to hold events in this restaurant.

We were at a Show for children on May 31. The cost is 8,500 tenge. Duration is 2 hours. The show was very interesting. There were transformers, various interesting experiments, and ice cream was being prepared. The children were delighted! I really liked the kitchen. Prices are above average.

Overestimated, brazenly included in the bill what was not, disappointed, the usual gaming, babysitters just for show, and you need to pay for each child at 5,500 tenge, the service does not correspond to the stated.

A very good family restaurant if there are children who need to play actively. It is possible under the supervision of parents or animators, a children's master class in the kitchen, a creative zone. The platforms are paid. Delicious, fast, expensive (like everything in the center). Excellent underground paid parking.
