The only plus is there are always apartments, but the attitude towards customers is terrible, I couldn't bring pillows or a blanket, dirty bed linen, which is all stained, they don't change, the managers are not friendly. I warned in advance that three people would come, but there were only two pillows, two stools and one blanket in the apartment. The request to bring more items for convenience was refused.This is the last time I use the services of this company and I will not advise anyone

I have been using the hospitality of this company for ten years (intermittently). Good service. A business traveler can find an apartment in the part of the city where he needs it. They will meet/ escort you at the train station (at the airport). The apartments are generally normal, equipped and furnished with everything necessary. Suitable for living. Everything is described and shown in sufficient detail on the website. Important! The prices for accommodation are noticeably lower than hotel prices.

Alas, we were completely disappointed.
We were passing through Karaganda, it was necessary to spend the night. We were with small children. We rented a house on Brick Street. Initially, we agreed that we would check in at about 17:00, then we warned the manager an hour before that we would do so. We arrive in this godforsaken area, no one greets us. We wait. We wait. We write to the manager. We're calling. The answer is yes, yes, they will arrive now.As a result, we waited 40 minutes for the manager with the keys in 32 degree heat with a baby, fortunately we were in the car. We thought that even though the house would be normal, but we were not lucky here either. There are 9 beds, only 7 of them are for children or short people, such as 1.50 m. The bed linen is stained, the towels are in terrible condition, the shower head on the second floor is broken, in short, it's a complete mess. And this is for 45 thousand.
I thought maybe the manager was interested in making the guests happy, but no.Of all the loyalties, we offered a late check-out - although we were notified in advance that we were leaving early! Or 10% discount on the next visit! Yes, we will never even go to you for nothing! It's surprisingly simple, we regretted it 100 times, it would be better to rent a normal hotel for this money.

We rented an apartment in May 2024. The cost of an apartment per day is 32,500 tenge. The apartment is in terrible condition, dirt is everywhere, even on the kitchen countertop. After all the showdowns, they changed our apartment and again the problem is that the air conditioners do not work (it does not cool), which they immediately told the manager. As a result, 6 days have passed, they still don't work.
The service, cleanliness and staff are terrible. I do not recommend it, we are very sorry!

A great company, I have been using their services for many years. I'm constantly on the move. Everything is fine, the girls are great - they constantly help out and are very friendly. There have never been any problems with the docks at all. When I come to Karaganda, I always go straight to them. I always use Rich House as an example in all cities. By the way, a similar one appeared in Pavlodar, but still does not reach Karaganda.

You'd better ask the neighbors what their neighborhood is like with your rented apartments - especially when your guests arrange carousing and stabbings... Would you say it wasn't? Should I specify the address? Many behave so ugly that it's time to contact the police and also respond rudely to comments. There was another fight in one of the apartments recently. The neighbors were not allowed to sleep half the night with their showdowns. While they lived in a whole "horde" for several days - about 20 people - there was no peace - Is it normal for the neighbors?

they work for "Ai, it will go" and do not give the owner's phone number naturally. They know that no one can do anything to them, " the directors themselves... " I would not put 4 *, but a maximum of 2, but the girls at the reception and on the phone are radically different. What year do we come and always with swearing, rudeness, check-in, that we decided this year we will shoot in another company. And also no discounts for regular customers and in such quantity ... But no.. It's like we're not living in the 21st century, but in the early 20th century.... The toilet was left without a light bulb; the sockets worked in turns (or a kettle or a boler-it's funny, but you want to cry); the armchair bed does not hold in the unfolded form ... You need to sleep on the floor and a lot of everything, everything, everything...
